The website was less functional than presented when making the reservation/in the emails. I had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to get the options on the website and information I needed to check in and complete the reservation; it would have been easier to get the truck at a physical location, provided safety precautions are taken in the store.JACOB S.
It took almost an hour to get access to the truck, I was not informed on the app to check in, they didn't have the dolly I reserved. Overall bad experience!Rachel B.

Mainly just check and make sure the proper lock password is given to the customer. I had to go and get a person from the U-Haul center to guess passwords for me until he finally got it right.Taylor R.
I wouldn't recommend this place, because it's just a drop off. The person working at Anytime Fitness could not help us with our return. Again, we couldn't return it online, and had to call uhaul to help us. The uhaul personnel on the phone were wonderful. We had a fifteen minute wait on hold twice trying to get a hold of someone to help us. Moving is frustrating enough, I will never do it again online.matt B.

You should tell customers that you charge over a 130 dollars for a 19,95 truck rental. Your business practices are Shady and I will tell everyone I know to rent enterprise trucks instead of U-haul.Tonya D.
This U-Haul experience has been the absolute worst I have ever encountered. From the pickup to customer service. We spent many hours trying to drop this truck off to pick up another smaller truck. Took 3 different trips to accomplish this with little to no help from customer service telephone calls. One actually hung up on us.tracey R.

Could not pick up online. Even though I confirmed it the day before. Called and was on the phone for an hour, before I was sent to another location to pick up a truck at 8 instead of 7 like I requested. Then sent back to original location, where i had to wait for dolly's i requested. Then promised 50 $off my rental for their mistake, and was not compensated. A genuine mistake on uhaul. Employees bent over backwards to rectify mistake. They were all nice and professional. I understand it was a mistake. But would like the 50 $comp promised.Rachel P.
