Cassandra hTruck was full of dog hair, staff charged my card again for my transport rental because she didn't know what she was doing. I will dispute it with customer service.

ERIC Rthe stupid truck broke down by overheating w e were stranded from 11: 30am till 7 and we didn't we get a discount for thein inconvenience the whole process sucked and the truck ran really bad since the moment we picked it up. It was the worst experience

marie mFYI: Vehicle chatters at low speeds as if there is a brake sticking. Most noticeable about 25 - 35 mph. Interior cab has food remnants and spilling on the floor. Overall a good experience. Staffing was very friendly and helpful. TY
John SAs always, great customer service and wonderful staff. This time however, the truck itself reeked of smoke. Maybe staff could be more diligent in cleaning and/or deodorizing for their next client.

henry sI noticed it said oil change due, and then 5 mi down the road engine light went on, I did make it to and from my trip that was not too far but I am an older single female and I do not need the stress, the lady at return told me that "they know" and have not addressed the issue! That's not right, shame on the company, it's expensive enough an for this to happen is not acceptable

lucas pThe interior was filthy as well as the rear box.The air conditioning kept turning from cool to hot. This truck was not maitained very well. I was very disappointed with this rental.
