This was not my chosen location. I received a call 24 hours before my reservation saying that my pick up location moved. This caused me to have to drive an additional 20 miles both ways to my rental causing my fees to go up. The app did not work multiple times and picking up and returning the truck was not easy. I would not recommend renting from U-Haul.
Samantha SpencerNone of the other equipment I ordered were with the truck. I had to go to another location that was thankfully very understanding to get the blankets requested.

JDouglas LackeyI had an issue getting to the location on time to pickup the trailer. The owner of the location worked with me to check the trailer out over the phone and made sure it was in a good location for me to pick up. I would definitely pick up from him again.
Andrew McGuirlVehicle was clean. However the appliance dolly had a frozen wheel and could not be used. I think I should have gotten a credit for that. I had to use my own cheap 2 wheeled dolly.
kevin jaskulskiThe pick up locations business hours are not correct. My equipment was not returned by the previous customer so the UHaul directions online to go to the business office for a "hand delivery" could not happen as nobody was there. UHaul's customer service was able to get me another vehicle at this location so everything turned out fine. But the hours of operation for Apex Tint really should be updated for future customers. Merci.

Craig CandageI picked up the trailer and when I tested the brake and turn signal lights, the left side was not working. Apex Tint said to take it to Old Hickory Uhaul since they had no way to test or repair. I went to Old Hickory Uhaul and they were not happy the problem was being shifted to them, but they were courteous and helpful. They rewired the harness and the left turn/stop still did not work. I asked if I could just take another trailer and they said that was impossible since the rental had already started. I should have gotten another trailer from Apex Tint but they only had 1 in the size I needed. I had no choice but to use the non-functioning trailer, risking getting pulled over by law enforcement. I'd like my rental cost of $52 to be refunded.

stacy redoIf any other U-Haul store parks they're trucks at any location and refer customers to go to places to pick up a truck. Make sure the reservation is set and ready to go before customer arrive at the facility. Just think that if I would have gotten to the location where I was recommended to go didn't have what I was looking for as far as the truck and the spacific size. I'm saying this to say communication is key to every solution.
Latoya BrownThe guy that runs or owns Apex is very friendly and helpful. It's too bad that UHAUL is such a poor outfit to work for. The 19,99 come-on for a van is a misleading teaser. My day and half rental wound up costing me $164!! What a rip off!

Lynn BrittThis location was challenging to find the entrance and it was sketchy place to leave the equipment and was not open Saturday at 4pm when I returned the equipment. I could not get my phone app to geo locate to complete online return.
RUSSELL CHRISTIANSENI think it is odd to charge an after hours service charge when no one is there, the place is hard to find along with the key drop.
WILL LOUGHRANThe location was challenging to find and the lot was full of mud and washed out gravel. The combination lock was ridiculous to open. It took two of us to manage it. The cab of the vehicle was filthy. Mud and dirt on drivers side. Dirt in the cargo area. Found a nail. Check in process on app/website was terrible. Had to call in for assistance. The phone assistance people were helpful. The first let my call get disconnected and I had to call in a second time.

Holly BrooksThe gentleman with the beard (I didn't get his name), said he could not check in my rentals for two hours because he had to finish his tint job. He told me I needed to disconnect the trailers from the trucks then back the trucks "somewhere over there" and put the keys in the drop box. I had three 26-foot trucks, a car hauler and a 6x12 trailer. The mechanism that lifts and holds the tongue of the car hauler was broken and I explained to the man I needed a tool or help to do it. He said no tools were needed and if I didnt disconnect the trailers there would be an extra charge. We were able to get one trailer disconnected but not the car hauler. The parking lot was very narrow and not paved but is gravel and mud. If my husband had not been an experienced driver there is no way we could have gotten the trucks backed up. I have had amazingly positive experiences with Uhaul locations until this one. Never have I ever encountered such poor customer service and zero concern about the equipment. I will not use this site again and I will pass the word to everyone I know in Mt. Juliet that this site is subpar and not reflective of the Uhaul standards.

Mark WallinI know that this is not usually the case, so it's no big deal. It was the first time that the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. But the staff noted that. Otherwise, I've have no problem with anything. I've read other reviews, where the issue is difficulty of finding the location just because it's located right behind another business. I understand that. But no problem for me because this was not my first time to go to this location. Merci.
Troy HicksGentleman was rude. He hadn't checked in the van by the time we got there. Getting started late made the move very stressful and we had to rush.
Stacie DavisIt was not so much the location -although we could not tell whether the office was open when we got there. It looked closed so we waited to see if someone was going to open the front door, only to find out that it was open. The location was difficult to find. We were under a time constraint, so it would have been good to know whether we needed to wait or come in. Also, we had asked for another location for pick up - we had to travel about 25 miles to get to the location to get the truck. When I returned the truck, I was told that I had to drop it off at a certain place because the truck was needed there the next day. It would have been helpful if we had been able to pick it up in the town in which we were so that we could meet the movers on time. Since I was told to drop off at a certain location, I don't know why the same could not have been done for me. It put us in a bind with time.
Margaret WooddyThe truck was clean but the truck was very difficult to know what gear it was in. It could look like it was in Reverse but actual be in Neutral or 1st or even 3rd. 1st gear could have been 3rd gear. It was a real pain to deal with it. I'm 48 years old and used many rental trucks. This was by far the worst truck I've ever used. It did the job though so I was grateful for that. The guy at the rental place was great. The truck definitely needs work though.

Last minute change of location that led to more driving miles And then I reserved a 26 foot truck but there was only a 20 foot truck available. So I had a lot of extra miles and more work. But truck and rental location were both very clean.
Gene GuffantiService the equipment and correct deficiencies. Truck did not have emer. flashers. Truck was excessively loud, out of balance and shook worse then driving over an old brick road. Rented one dozen pads and got maybe eight. The A/C worked well.

GLENN DUBOISNothing really to rate. Just a gravel lot and a drop box. Nobody was staffing this facility when I dropped off though it was middle of the day. Very difficult to even find this location, it is tucked away in the back with no signage at all.
