Never got out of the chair to greet me. Made me (customer) go to truck for proof that it was filled with gas. Then made me go BACK to the truck to verify the mileage. Would not recommend

Went to drop off trailer and no one came out to assist or tell me where to park the trailer. Trailer is rather heavy and there is no trailer jack to lift the trailer off the hitch ball so I had to lift the trailer off by myself. When attempting to use the mobile app to return trailer I was kicked out when uploading a picture of where I had parked the trailer. When I went back in the app was showing I had no reservations so I never actually "finished" the return. I found the whole experience confusing and frustrating.

MICHELE KPrior to going to the location we picked the truck up from we were sent to a location NOT open on Sunday. After 45 min of calling the Blaine location and U-haul we were sent a link and after 15 min of the link not working we asked if there was anywhere else to get a truck. Were sent 10 min closer to our house and they were open on Sunday. Why weren't we sent there to begin with???? We ended up picking the truck up 1,5 hrs after we were scheduled to due and then the truck was EMPTY. What a joke.
Joseph JCustomer service was bad, no blankets as I requested and had to drive to another location and was billed for those miles. I would not recommend this rental location to anyone.
BERNARD COriginally scheduled a truck one month in advance Contract #11038344. Was called two days before pick up that the pick up location was 3 hours drive away (only 70 miles, but over high mountain passes that trucks do not take as they lose their brakes). No offer of different pickup location or truck size. I had already spent $1000 on plane tickets for my kids to drive the truck to MN that I was going to lose, never mind the deadlines I have for moving. A Uhaul dealer helped me make a reservation for pickup 125 miles away, then was charged over $400 more to drive an extra 250 miles and waste 4 hours of time. HORRIBLE service!!!
Lori MEverything went extremely well, so don't know of any areas that need to be improved upon. Folks at the above mentioned location were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to area friends & family.

Paul Cconflicted prices from online reservation to price in the store. I called called and get the reservation verbally done with a costumer rep. but got to the pick up location and the price was different. Store owner gcould not, gave me a number to call which was a wrounfg number. I want my price billed at 0,79 cents as was communicated to me on the phone, not $1,26
rita cWas told to rent through Uhaul website which I did. Then when I went to pick up the truck I was told that the reservation had been cancelled. So then I had to rent it at location plus I only got 6 pads and they did not have a furniture dolly so they gave me a small square dolly that they use in their store. I dropped the truck back off at location after 2 hours and I got billed for 2 trucks, 2 Dollies and 4 packs of pads. When I called the store I get told to call Uhaul and Uhaul has a 40 minute wait. Not impressed!!!!
Alan AWe scheduled the pick up near our home in MoundsView. However when we got there they told us that the location had been changed and we had to go to Ham Lake to get the truck. There are other locations closer to us. It was not a huge deal having to go to Ham Lake but it would have been good if we knew about the location change ahead of time. My 20 year old drove the truck because he was moving from our home into his first apartment. He enjoyed driving the truck very much and he felt it was easy to drive. This is the first time he drove a truck. Overall it was a very good experience for my son. The attendant at the Ham Lake site was very friendly and helpful. I asked for directions to Shoreview without my son having to take the busy roads and he gave us directions without much traffic. I am thankful for this because my son would have been nervous in highway traffic. Overall it was a good experience. We have rented Uhauls before and we always have reasonably good service. Merci
Kristen SThe ap sucks. I had to call the location owner to pick up AND drop off the truck. Ap was unresponsive and would lock up while trying to use it. I won't use the ap method again. Nor will I recommend anyone else use it. Location owner was awesome helping me get things done.
Mark AMy reservation was screwed up, even after they called back and stated there was a problem, then said it was ok. I requested a 20' truck and 10 blankets, they f'd up the reservation and only reserved 10 blankets. I wanted a 26' truck, they said I could have a 20' truck, no 20' truck there on pickup day, a 26' was there, they said going out at 0900 out west? I had to rent a small truck and make 2 trips, putting on double miles…he suggested it was my mistake? WTH? He has 1 arm, trying to run (at least) 2 businesses with multiple phones (3-5 lines) ringing as I was trying to make my reservation with him. I thought your business could and should do much better than this? No credit, no discount, just F the customer and keep on going. What a horrible experience, I tell everyone I can about it.

App to return vehicle not user friendly. Very nerve wracking. I actually got three different locations that I was supposed to pick up the truck from. Blaine, North Branch, Ham Lake.

JANET HOur drop off was at 8am. We arrived at that time or maybe even a few mins earlier but the doors were not open yet. The store hours online said 7am-6pm for sundays but on the door they said 10am-6pm. As we were going to start a self return someone came out to unlock and turn on their "open" sign. Another customer was being helped before us and by the time we received help it was 8:30am. The person doing our return asked if we returned the uhaul on time. We did yes, but he said "no, you're half an hour late. I'll let it slide this time" he said our return time was at 7:30am already. We told him our return time is at 8am but he didn't listen. The whole time he was using his phone to do the return and his phone crashed so he jumped on his desk top. On the desktop he said our return time was at 8am but not sure why his cellphone said 7:30am. I did not like this return location. Next time I will not be coming back.
Josue EI was charged twice as many miles as I drove and they were not only rude and refused to budge on their mistake, but their truck is extremely un safe and barely turns or stops. I will NOT recommend them to anyone whatsoever! Rudest customer service I have ever dealt with.

Douglas KThe gentle man working there was nice but my goodness he kept saying he won't help attach my car trailer to the truck because of liabilities and I had to explain i was told someone would help me go through the process and we went through this banter for far too long. None ever called me where I would pickup my truck with car trailer. I had to call and confirm only to find out the location would be 40 minutes away eating up my moving time i needed that included 80 minutes total. Uhaul is the eorst
robert SNot make a customer drive 50 miles out of their way to rent a trailer for a one way trip. You had two motorcycle trailers in stains Paul they refused to rent me and I was sent to Ham Lake where they only had two trailers total
TIMOTHY LComplete opposite of Prosper, TX location. Although we came during the hours listed for business to be open no one present at location. Called phone number on window. Ended up dropping key and contract in box. Assume truck was checked in and everything OK since no one has contacted me.

Phillip PLocation was not well marked. I did not see the location from the address specified. I drove by it three times before I noticed a trailer between two buildings.
