The inside of the back of the truck was filthy with rocks and dirt.

The uhaul smells like armpits and trash and there’s a lot of homeless people around there.

I really appreciate the person who took care of my rental process. Her name is Sandra, she is very nice with her professional manner. I will rent a U-Haul truck again at the place. Merci.

The parking is not concrete, dirt.. the shoes get mad and make the trac dirty in rain condition. It was hard to walk around the parking lot.

I did not drop the trailer off in this location. I could not enter the correct drop off location. Disregard the overall location rating.

First day I picked up the truck AC kept going off and on plus the exhaust pipe was cracked and making loud noise plus inside the cabin was super dirty and ashes I guess the previous renter was smoking inside anyways after getting to my destination 30 minutes later I called uhaul to inform them the truck rental was no good they transferred me to 6 different representatives till finally one decided to get the road side assistance the guy showed up he couldn't fix the exhaust pipe and he did a bad job on the AC well that day was lost on the wait of the fixing of the uhaul truck the mechanic said it would make it to Utha with no problem that was 8-31-2022 9-2-2022 I started my drive to Utha With my 2 year old son the exhaust pipe still making lots of noise about an hour away from Las Vegas on the hill going about 20-25 miles And still the AC not working right at all once getting to Las Vegas NV stuck on traffic the AC motor blow up making lots of smoke and having my son on the truck with me my wife was about 1 hour ahead of me called her and had her wait for me in ( Valley of fire HWY ) that's were she was fueling up I had her take my son with her he was Overheating super bad but I was glad nothing happened to him anyways I called uhaul again to notify them about the same issues the truck had since I first got it ignored the problem when I first got it I had told them this rental truck was no good and they wouldn't get me another saying I had to wait another 2 weeks for one because there were no trucks available. After speaking to a representative from uhaul they send me a roadside assistance again that mechanic told me that truck was no good the AC wasn't fixed right at all plus the exhaust pipe had no fix it was bad broken that this truck should had not left California at all to many issues I figured that's why I spend way to much on gas had to be filling up every 1,5 hours he called In His boss telling him the truck had no fixing. A uhaul representatives called to inform me that they will get me a hotel and another uhaul truck to get everything moved over to the other truck but till the next day because all uhauls were closed well that was another day of waist bc the next day 9-3-2022 I didn't leave Las Vegas NV till 3 pm after the movers transferred everything over well that was another drama thing movers damaged some of my items not happy at all with that well I was supposed to be at work that Saturday 9-3-2022 losing that day of work plus losing finally getting to Utha late night Sunday also losing that day of work because I had to unload the uhaul In to the storage having to pay for a helper to unload the uhaul over all this has to have been The WORSE experience I've had with Uhaul and still waiting from a call from customer service today is 9-8-2022 still no call back sucks

I was charged a fee I was never told about and incurred from the drop off location. The woman there said I was also charged a cleaning fee because the truck was dirty and had ashes on the dashboard, no one in our group smokes!! She also said she took a picture, which apparently she deleted, right!! Calling corporate and on hold for an hour! Tony at the pick location was very helpful.
