I wouldn't change a thing, fast friendly service
Chano M.The person was really racist and not helpful. He try to charge me extra and was trying to rush and get the transaction close. He took too long to get things done. Also was not professional language. Also make fun of my name which made me feel uncomfortable. Uhaul need to have some preference and young people who can get things done fast.
Syed A.The guy that checked us in was rude and always seemed to have something smart to say. Prices were not explained very well either. I originally had the pick up in Ingleside, bc it was 2,5 miles from my house, but they changed it to Aransas Pass so it was an extra 10 miles. They did give me an upgrade, on size, for the same price but we didn't need it as our storage unit was small. This is our second bad experience with this same guy. Next time I would like to pick up in Ingleside, as requested, without it being changed a day before.

JOEL P.We said the tires didn't look up to a 1400 mile trip. Said not their problem. They only rented uhauls did not service them. The air pressure of the tires was suppose to be 65 psi they were 45 psi. The latch to hold the door open while loading was either installed wrong or bent so far it was unusable.

Marce B.Customer service was top notch... The Uhaul itself not so much. We hit some rain during the move and the uhaul leaked and I had wet clothes that mildewed and had to be thrown out, my heater and blender were soaked and had to be thrown away.

Karli G.When someone makes a reservation be sure and honor the time and place for pick up and drop off and availability of equipment at particular locations. Ronald A.It takes me 5 hours to pick up my truck and tow dolly. Needs re-training. They just keep charging me the equipment and insurance without asking if I will get insurance from them.

Frederick B.Excellent gentleman that helped me out I arrived 9 minutes before closing and he still took his time to to help me out and stayed way beyond his work scheduled he literally saved my day because that evening I received call that my mother had an accident and passed away but I was still able to move my stuff and leave back home so thank you for taking the time to help me out

Frederick B.Took 1,75 HOURS to get a 5x8 enclosed trailer. Trailer door is not 5' wide which was critical in my situation. No mask on employee.
PATRICK G.The overhead lights in the back of the boxed in truck didn't work. It was difficult to see inside of the back of the truck while loading since we were loading the truck at night.

Philip L.The address I was sent to for returning a one-way UHaul was not a UHaul location. I happened to find this location myself. The gentleman running the location was incredibly helpful and kind enough to take back the vehicle without question despite the fact he was in the midst of resolving a computer problem. Really helpful.
Laura F.Training employees on coverages and editing contracts. It normally takes maybe 10 minutes with a uhaul rep, this time pick up took 45 mins , drop off took 25mins. And there was no wait , just terrible.

jim R.I originally rented a 20 foot trailer when I was picking up the trailer the manager told me I could get a 26 foot trailer for the same price. I said only if it was the same price I would get it. He said yes so I switched trailers. After I left I realized I was charged $33 for the bigger trailer. Then I realized the mileage wasn't reported correctly so I was charged another $13 at drop off because at pickup it wasn't put down right

Ashley G.I received a telephone call from U-haul at approximate 2:30 pm on the due date inquiring about the trailer return - "Where was it?". We had returned the trailer at approximately 11:30 am on the due date with a scheduled return of 12:00 pm. I guess the return location had not entered the return in the system yet. I explained to the caller that I had a signed note from the returning location noting the time returned. The returning location was very friendly and the owner was very helpful.

Got an email from uhaul the next day asking when my truck would be returned??? What are you kidding me. Drove back to the rental place. They hadn't checked the vehicle in. So finally after screwing around for 30 min trying to use the uhaul system I got charged for 2 days. Had to get ahold of the area manager to refund the extra day they charged me....place is a Circus... clean storage facility.
