Truck was not prepared with the blankets. I had to load those myself. Previous moves have had all equipment in the truck and ready to go

No pads, had to drive to another location to buy and pick them up even though they were on my original order. Attendant didn't know anything about the vehicle I was renting and didn't even know which vehicle I was getting and told me incorrect information about the different size trucks.
Rachel MI received a call on Wednesday stating that the Timberlake location that I had originally reserved a truck did not have the equipment and I needed to pick up the truck at the Baymont Inn. This was a lie! The Baymont location did not have the furniture pads nor the utility dolly I needed. I ended up having to go to the Timberlake location in addition to the Baymont Inn location in order to pick up the missing items. I do not appreciate being lied to. There were numerous trucks available at the Timberlake location per the store staff.
