The steering wheel was not sturdy, it was difficult to keep the truck steady! It was almost scary at times. They shouldn't be renting a truck in those conditions.Lorna R.

My move required 6 miles total (round trip). I brought the truck back and the lady that checks the truck out said I needed to have the gas on "Full".She admitted it was on "F" but it needed to be past the "F"? The owner (very nice man) said it was ok and she refused to listen to him. I ultimately had to put 3 $in the tank to make her happy. I do recommend this location but just know they want the gas tank so full that you can see it when you take the cap off.Natasha R.

I was very appreciative that I rented the van to make a trip to the dump...when the owner knew this he told me the dump was closed on the day I had rented it for. He helped me change the day...keeping me from having to pay, load up the van and drive to the dump ..only to find out it was closedSusan B.

My only complaint is the online reservation process is very time-consuming and if you are not careful will change your choices. IE - I choose a pick up truck at a local location and when I checked out I realized it changed not only my pick up location but also changed my truck choice to a cargo van. The process was back and forth with, oh we now need this or we now need that rather than just asking for all the information at one time in one smooth process. You need better web developers - my son is ADHD and this part of the process was like some ADHD person set it up!Staci T.
They seemed to have trouble with the software in removing items that I was not provided. I have to contact UHaul in order to get refunded. They were perfectly nice and really tried, but the computer wouldn't let them do it.Quentin M.

The service was great at uhaul. The representative was friendly and he made the transaction go smoothly. The truck we rented was a little dirty ion the inside (chip crumbs, papers, etc.) but we were able to let them know and the representative was very apologetic about it.Tyro H.

The truck was clean. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful. So it is peculiar and non-helpful that, by their own admittance, they â€˜forgot' to tell me the starter was faulty! As a result, in moving and transporting, I had to wait several minutes for the truck to turn over each time we turned it offâ€"which was quite an unnerving experience and terrifying feeling in hoping the truck would start! Then to add to the peril, in order to avoid trying to start the truck each time, I was forced to leave the truck runningâ€"which meant wasting gas. Needless to say, I won't be using that location again!Mellanee H.

Stop pulling the oldest scam in the world â€œthe bait and switch â€œcustomer calls for reservation at location where he will be picking truck up from and gets quote of $.89 a mile From a supposedly long-term employee.then when customer gets there the very next day prejudice racist manager says(for the second time )employee made a mistake and the rate is much higher than what the employee quoted. Now you're stuck and have people waiting for you and this truck so you have no choice but to let this racist manager take a vantage of you. But you can bet this is the last time he will pull this bait and switch on me. The first time I let it go as a mistake but not the second time. Goodbye U-Haul foreverMichael M.
It was dirty inside when we picked it up. Leaves dirt, some trash. We had a lot of issues trying to return it. It would start the process, we would take a picture and the app would go back to the beginning. This continued for quite awhile, to the point of my son shaking and dropping his phone. It busted. We had to get someone else to come out Very late at night, and use their phone to start the return process all over. The problem was the app, not the location.Debbie B.
My tire blew its tread and they were very kind and helpful about it. The tires were not previously bald. The treads looked good when I started my trip. But my tire blew on the interstate and once I called the number for roadside assistance, everything was taken care of in a timely manner.Jessica G.

We had a bad uhaul experience. The reservation was changed without our knowledge. When we arrived at the new location they had not set our truck up for 24/7 pick up and we were told we had to wait until 10:30 am for an 8 am pick up. I called customer service and they found another truck that was 10 miles further away so we got that one. On the hottest day of the year uhaul inconvenienced us and put us hours behind schedule to only take 0,2 off the mileage when it's their fault we had to go the additional distance. Won't be using them again.William Q.

Every person that helped me was great but the online check in was a nightmare. They kept changing locations after I got to the location and then when returning the rental U Haul charged me for going over the mileage limit which I wouldn't have done had they continuously changed the location for pick up and drop off. What's up with that!!! There was no warning about a change in location for either pick up or drop off and the locations weren't exactly convenient either. Thank goodness for the actual people that were there to help me otherwise I would have been completely lost and when trying to call U Haul's 800 # I waited for over 20 mins for a customer service rep to answer the phone and then gave up and disconnected the call. That online/App experience has definitely made me reconsider using U Haul again.MARYLEECH H.

I was told that if I bought the truck back before 11 I would not be charged for another day. But that was not the case. I was charged for 2 daysAaron F.
I ordered moving blankets and they didn't have any. Had to wait for them to remove them from the order. Drop off location was supposed to be Buford Road and it was changed it to the main Uhaul location on Midlothian. Drove an extra 30 minutes to backtrack to that location.Leo S.

Please update Google to reflect the actual Uhaul hours of operation. Google states that the Uhauls are available for rental until 10:00 while the Uhaul hours are until 8:00. The employee kindly honored the Google hours and allowed me to rent me truck.Ellen E.
