I was called 30 min before my original pick up time to tell me my van was not going to be ready and I had to go to a pick up site 12 miles away instead of one down the road. Then when I got there the van smelled like cigarettes. Also I wasn't able to drop off my van at other locations so had to drive back the 12 miles. Overall was a terrible experience since I was not given any time to prepare for the change of location.Jack K.

I will avoid using UHaul if I can. It has nothing to do with the locations -it has to do with UHaul corporate. All phone calls seem to be routed to some phone bank that puts you on hold for 30 minutes+. I don't know how long the hold would've lasted because I gave up - twice! My guess? UHaul could care less about this review.JAMES K.

Matthew Duran, the owner, assisted us with the hookup and the return. He was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. There was comfortable conversation and good information on the rental and return process. We needed three additional rentals during our stay and are happy that we will get the trailer from his business. The art show we were participating in was rained out on the second day and he help find us a trailer that we needed to break down our show. He's a good agent for your company. I rented the 10' truck to take a load of donation to Goodwill. I loved the receptionist, extremely friendly and she let me pet the office dog. I wiil use them again whenever I need a Uhaul vehicle. That was the best experience ever. THANK YOU! Thank you so much.CHRISTI T.

I did drop it off on 13th and they called me up on the 14th and asked me if I had a trailer returned with the truck and I answered yes. I got an email today which is the 14th stating the trailer just arrive today???.WILLIAM C.

I was charged a cleaning fee of 25 $the truck was this same way when we picked it up in Texas. I didn't even know we had to some how check this. And the I was also charged over 200 $for a fender repair and the labor, when again this tow dolly had the bad fender on it when we picked it up in Texas. And then they went ahead and did insurance fraud by claiming that fender and labor on the sep insurance I bought to cover any issues. 3 very wrongs don't add up. I am a former Marine veteran with 14 service and a single father of two boys... This is not acceptable and I will make sure that gets taken care of the proper way. And here's the real kicker, the way things are now you don't get a walk around or told anything except how much and when it's do back. They just charge your card or make a fraudulent insurance claim without even asking a question.Brandon P.

The car seats had animal hair. The van itself was a bit dirty with some scratches. I wish the pictures shown were accurate and up to date instead of me having to update them. Just don't want to get charged for previous issues.Teszra W.
