Very disorganized as it was a gas stop and only one person working so kept having to stop to deal with other customers. Also didn't seem to know what to do as he was always on the phone to someone to tell him what to do regarding the rental. Also, totall put in the wrong drop-off location which created a problem on returning the vehicle

Was the first trailer dropped off at this location. He did not know how to unhook the trailer.
