Having Mobile pickup and return is a really nice feature, and definitely cheaper and more reliable than other different truck/moving places I've looked up.

The drop off location was fine, they were not open on 1/16/23 due to Martin Luther King day. The reason I gave a 1 star is that the drop off location did not give me my $10 a day savings ($50) + $50 back ($100) for dropping the truck in Phoenix vs the Mesa location I pickup at. The Mesa location is where I live so the distance was an inconvenience, so the $100 discount is expected. I am still planning to call the Uhaul office at the Phoenix location to get my money back! There was no one there with no directions on where to park the truck or who to talk to or where to go I had to call uhaul customer service in order to figure out how to return my truck!! No personnel at all!

The app is very bad and difficult to navigate. The 800 support number is absolutely horrendous. The only person that halo me was a gentleman that was not supposed to work at all that day. He went above and beyond to assist me in a task that seemed impossible atvthectineveith 120 degree weather. You really need to improve all the remote assistance. It's close to impose to get it done. It was for me anyway. Big thanks to this super employee that help me at the premises. He was kind and thanks to him I was able to accomplished my job. 800 remite and the app they need a lot of work!! Rude, untrained, lied to me, etc. Horrible!!

The gauge read a lower reading than what was promised so i called U Haul and they told me to document it. I did and when the invoice came it stated that the fuel was returned at a lower level and charged me for the difference. I responded with an email but there was not phone number given and no one from Fun Services has attempted to reach out to me

Horrible rental experiane from u haul. Ran me around for an hour and a half. Cost me $33 in uber trips to final location I was never provided. $50 credit was not a adiquit compensation for all my trouble. Agent was rude.

I asked for some dollys and things to be with the UHaul and they weren't. I was still charged for them and when I contacted via the form nobody got back to me.

The location was nice as it is just off the freeway. The experience over all wasn't bad and I would recommend to others. What I did not like and was frustrating was the app. when I got to the location I could not log in so I had to re-register and enter all information again even though I provided all the information at the time of reserving the rental. When it came to the alternate phone #'s it kept telling me I need another alternate. I provided 5 different names and phone numbers. After each entry I kept getting the message for an alternate contact. SO FRUSTRATING! What saved this rental transaction is the live Chat. Through the Chat, I provided names and phone #'s for verification. I could then FINALLY move on to the next steps and get the keys. Returning the rental was much easier thank goodness! I do not think I will be using the app IF I should rent from U-haul again.

We had the truck for about 10 as agreed and I retired the truck about 940 pm on the 21st and filled the truck to past the level was given. Keep in mind went approximately 31 miles and was charged an extra 50 plus. They told me the truck was on empty but that is impossible since I put gas and only went 31 miles. This is beyond done scam that that store is doing. Totally unacceptable

Arizona Fun Services really went above and beyond to help me and my family with our move! We had some last minute changes that they were able to take care of and they stayed a bit after they closed to help me out, I couldn't recommend them more. I had an absolute nightmare of a time getting the key finding the place to get the code for the key because the website decided the glitch and I spent over an hour sitting in your parking lot trying to get a hold of customer service to figure it out and get it fixed it was not so awesome. The truck itself was serviceable and good condition didn't smell worked great happy for that The pickup process was completely insane. And when I made the reservation I had asked I've been asked for a time when I would be there to pick it up by I guess because I didn't really know for sure I got there about an hour plus later then planned and all of a sudden the system wouldn't work and didn't tell me anything as to why it wouldn't work just that I checked in and come to find out if you check in more than 15 minutes late it doesn't work so that's something they need to tell you when you're on the phone with them planning this out and setting it up.

Though The Van was dirty and smelled at pick up. The staff and location made up for some of the Van issues. Would have liked some kind of a discount for accepting the Van in those conditions.

The location was fine. No qualms at all. Using the Truck share option to rent a truck I noticed the U-Haul app/website does not allow the renter to download the rental contract to their phone. There may be times when cell phone coverage is not available. I called customer service and the first person didn't know and the second told me this feature is not possible. This document needs to be accessible at all times by the renter. Please fix this. Or at least make the document smaller so we can screenshot it.

I travelled only 2,8 miles and yet was billed 1,7 gallons of fuel for approximately 8$ That is so pathetic. I would never take U Haul from the same place

They were open later than was shown on their website. The guy did the check in - made an exception. A 6 p.m. closing time was earlier than other area U Haul's. Had I known that, I would have requested another drop off location. Lots of options in Mesa.

I filled the tank back to (more than) the starting amount and refurned the uhaul after hours using he drop box. My emailed receipt had a fuel charge on it. Here is the full story. I did pick the rental up later than expected but I wasn't worried because I knew it was a daily rental. I needed the rental to move my daughters belongings out of a storage unit and into her ASU apartment. I confirmed that I could drop off after hours when picking it up. I also confirmed that I was not sure if I would use more than the estimated 10 Miles I entered on the reservation. All were acknowledged by the clerk. I dropped off the rental and keys around 8. I stopped at the gas station less than two blocks from the pickup/drop off location and put in $11 of fuel. After I received the $10 fuel charge on my emailed receipt I contact the clerk and he let the manager know to call me. The manager called me right back and said that the fuel level was below what I check it out at. I told him that was false. I didn't take a photo of the fuel gage as proof But I did know how many miles I used and I had my gas station receipt. The manager said I was wrong and then continued to ask me what time I returned the rental. Since it was after hours, they close at 7. I had estimated returning it at 7 but didn't until 8, he said he could have biled me for the late return and that basically if I kept complaining he would bill me for that as well. Remember I picked it up an hour and a held later than I had intispated.. I had a few words with the very rude manager and told him that his actions would be noted in a review. I know it was "only" $10. Don't use this location. They pick and choose the rules that want to enforce.
