Cargo van was unusual; no uhaul markings at all, painters tape around fuel filling port, Exposed wiring inside cargo area, Passenger mirror adjust controller broken. Location has no dedicated parking, street parking extremely limited.

brian M.Parking brake release was hanging loose - forgot to mention it on returning the van. Would be better to have an automatic key - tedious to have to lock/unlock each door individually, manually by key. Would be nice if the pick up and drop off could be a bit quicker but the gentleman who helped me was working hard, certainly.

Rental rate is more complicated and relates to kilometres that are driven as well, at reduced cost per kilometre, as well as filling up gas tank.

Caitlyn S.First issue - this was not the planned pickup location. When we arrived at our planned location, we were told they did not have a truck for us. We had scheduled a month ahead of time, and upon arrival, had to take taxi to secondary location to get a truck. That location was not open until 10 AM, and we were rushed through receiving our keys. No vehicle inspection. Not enough furniture blankets (we requested 12 - only received 11, and were still charged for 12). These above delays seriously impacted our scheduling for apartment move out times, elevator reservations, etc

Ron M.I have use uhaul 4 times This has been the best one so far The only think is the after hrs parking, due to its a neighborhood. It takes some time to park the vehicle safetly vs the opening time for the next day. The Davie and East Broadway locations r really bad ones they should be closed.

James T.When I arrived to pick up my rental I was disappointed that it was not ready. The attendant had to sweep the snow off it. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the ice to melt off the windshield also the two front tires were low on air. This all should have been taken care of before I got there. I should not have to deal with this.

Sheldon T.I had to wait a while to be served, and they had issues with their computer system logging the booking (unsure if this was a system error or their error). They gave a vague description to where the van was parked so I had to go searching for it myself which was a bit odd. When I returned they seemed unsure if they wanted to new mileage and fuel evidence from me, but when they decided they did want this info, it turned out the previous booking wasn't logged so my booking couldn't be logged in, they said I would get a change later which was correct....I'm unsure how this will work but now I'm anxious to know if they did anything right.

Stephen K.I was sent to 3 different locations after my first "guaranteed reservation" was not there. The lady at Guardian Storage was extremely unhelpful and just shut the window in my face. She just told us the problems and offered no solutions. I spent an hour driving around following uhauls instructions before finally getting a van. Parking was impossible at this location and returning the van was a nightmare, navigating it through a tight busy carpark. I doubt I'll use U-Haul again

Olena C.Your phone customer service, especially the "Scheduling Managers" was the worst customer service experience I have frankly ever had. Truly horrendous. Only exception was 'Nicholas' who after 6,5 hours on the phone with UHaul actually solved the issue that UHaul created in the first place. I will avoid UHaul like the plague next time.
