I was about to get charged an extra 10 for gas since the guy claimed that I didn't fill up the tank enough. When I drove I took a picture and bought it back in almost the exact 3/8 that I got it with.

John KilpatrickThe appliance dolly strap was not attached to work properly. I did not check it before I left. I had to attach it. The truck was not swept off when I got it but I did not document so it fell on me upon return. The location is not in a good safe area. Safer locations to pick up and return could be better. And make sure the equipment is ready to go and the location should go over everything before you leave. Ex: dolly and make sure truck is clean and in working order.

Robert SewellTrucks must be inspected before the customer picks them up. The first one they assigned me is dirty and the battery is dead. The second one was dirty, out of gas and with a punctured tire. The operator told me to fill the tire, I paid to fill it and it didn't fill. More than half an hour later he gave me a clean, full fuel and new truck. Everything went well.
Harold OdremanBetter inspection, the wheel tie down ratchet straps are in poor repair. They seem to ratchet backwards making it difficult to remove.

He did not come out with me to review the truck said they will just send me a receipt and I had trouble with the truck starting so it had to sit for 2 days and I have a video. But now I haft to wait on someone to review for me to get reimbursed for the over charging..

I have used U haul at a different place and they kept the deposit because I didn't take pictures. This is bad customer service and even if you clean it up they still charge you a cleaning charge. This location is the worst place to rent a truck, if I was looking for a good rental truck I would go somewhere else.

Daniel HarrisTruck had a foul smell in the cab! I'm a plumber by trade and smell bad things daily but that truck was like being locked in a dumpster with trash and urine. Truck was also empty of gas at time of pickup

He was very helpful and explained everything, made sure I understood what I needed to do with the truck before I turned it in to avoid fees, I liked him. But the location is rough. Crack head in the parking lot asked me for food and was kinda poking around the back of the truck luckily it was empty and locked so it didn't matter.
