They did not change the estimated miles to the actual miles that was driven and over charged me. I only drove about 14 miles at the most and charged me for 20

The store owner, who I believe his name is Moe if I'm not mistaken, is great. He's courteous and very helpful. This is definitely my favorite location. I'll be back again for sure. I use u-haul a lot and was going to other locations but this is my go-to location from now on, as long as he has trucks there, this is where I'll be renting from.

We had to clean out the truck before using it, including killing a cockroach and sweeping the back of the truck clean. The cab had peanuts behind the driver's seat, which I'm sure would feed plenty of cockroaches. The website let me reserve an appliance dolly, but the pickup location had none.

It's been two days since I returned the uhaul and I still haven't received my deposit back, which was $100. The man told me that it costed $32 when I gave it back, so I should've gotten back $68 and never did

Everything was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. I liked filling out the order form online. It saved me some time and trouble. The guy at the counter was easy to work with. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The customer service was great, however the location was very loud and a group of men kept following me until i went inside. The truck had exterior damage. 8 of my boxes and my 55" TV received water damage from the rain on my 16 hour drive. I'm still assessing damage and requested Uhaul customer service to reach out to remedy the situation. I did purchase insurance through them… we will see what happens.

Mo (the owner?) was exceedingly easy to work with. Everything was handled very quickly and capably both on pickup and return. Even beforehand when I called to find out whether the truck would in fact be ready for me, he personally called back to assure us that it was. This location is a store in an inner-city neighborhood. It is well-kept, friendly, and obviously a popular spot.

Be honest when vehicle is returned. I was about 5-8 minutes late returning truck. And was charged for a extra day. And I didn't notice until I saw my receipt.

I put the Tank back on half but was charged $14 because the needle was a hair line on half.

Returned the uhaul 2hrs late I was charged for an additional day. Took extra long to initially pick the uhaul up for whatever reason. I could not self pick up I had to go inside the store show my id and give them my credit card even though I booked and attempted to self pick-up over the phone. There is no drop box for the key after hours. I left the key with the salesperson of the drive thru store.

The attendant wasn't aware our truck was to be returned to his location. But he finally found it in the system and accepted our return. He was very polite with us at all times.

Arrived to pick up truck and nobody was there, waited, called for assistance they uhaul sent me a text of a video of how to pick up the truck it was useless I was already there called main U haul headquarters, 30 minute wait. Finally a guy arrives I let him know why I was there he left me stand in the parking lot, no urgency what so ever. Go truck it was nice but now gas cap, just duct tape.

The service there was terrible from the beginning to ending. The owner got there 12 minutes late, with me arriving 15 minutes early . The truck stunk so bad and was filthy in the box part and in the cab. The drivers sidedoor didn't shut securely. I was on hold for 44 minutes waiting on someone to come to come to the phone, but the recording kept saying all associates are busy helping other customers.

There was a homeless guy hanging out by the trucks asking for money or something to eat. The truck itself was filled with water inside. The wheel was sticky and gross. And the right rear view mirror was missing, which was the biggest safety hazard I've ever had to deal with while driving. That car should be sent for repair. It's condition is shameful and Uhaul should not be offering the car until it's repaired.

Please make sure the vehicle is clean, inside and out. Oil light on, truck was dragging, needs transmission fluid. I really should get my money back.

The service was good. The truck was too old, many rattles and vibration. Check engine light on. The truck was clean but has had many damages to both front doors.

Truck's oil change light was on, leaked water through the passenger window (it was raining), and seem to run rather roughly. This was a self pick up location at a neighborhood market of sorts. The guy in the store that gave us the key was nice and helpful though.

I was overcharged for gas I out the gas back at 3/4 of tank and he put me down as a half of tank of gas and I was charged an extra $41 dollars.

I called the Carnegie location thinking that was where I was picking up the truck as i was driving there something made me check my email. I ended up traveling thirty minutes from my pick up location.

honorable dealings can improve customer interactions.. after a long breakdown I was told by customer service that my rental would be extended and I would receive a reimbursement for my troubles and inconveniences... My rental was extended but I have yet to receive a reimbursement!!!!!....

I was referred to this location after the truck I needed was not available at my first desired location. The pick up location is a dark, dingy beverage store in a not highly-desired location. The clerk that finalized my order was not personable in the least. The loading area of the truck was clean, however, the cab could use some cleaning. The parking lot is full of craters (not potholes)!! Is your company desperate for franchisees?!! If ever I am referred to this location again, I will cancel the reservation.

T the truck had leaves and trash in the front of it and there was no where to put the keys in when I drop the truck off or try to at night because I got it late and had to work at 10 in the morning the location didn't open till 10 in the morning and he needed me to physically give him the keys which will make me late for work so my sister dropped the truck off for me and she had to come a little after 10 and they charge me for a whole day a whole extra day and I didn't have it
