I had 3 coupons . When I made my registration the man told me to just turn them in . Then when I did that they said they couldn’t use them because u have to enter them in when making the reservation. By the way there’s not even an option to use coupons when u reserve online ! This company is bullshit and I will avoid using uhaul ever again I’ll even pay more just to go with a different company and hopefully have a better experience.

Facility was very nice. Staff was rude. I'd pick a different company. I was told that the staff would assist in loading. Not true.

The guy was very rude when I dropped off the trailer. He was upset were I parked, he wanted me to park in a spot I couldn’t get to because his truck was in the middle of the lot. Not even in a parking space. He also was upset I returned the dollies and furniture pads. He said he had more than enough there already. I have dropped of there before with good experience. It was a different guy before.

A couple days after I returned the truck and auto-tow, I received an email and a text message that said I didn't return the equipment. After calling them back, the woman I spoke with said that she talked to the return location and verified I returned the equipment. I think in the future, before scaring customers into thinking the equipment wasn't returned, you should maybe call the return location before sending out erroneous texts or emails. That was the only frustrating part of my recent moving experience with Uhaul.
