The call center manager that I spoke to was not in the least bit helpful, and my original reservation was canceled after I had already reserved it due to another customer. I feel as if this is a flaw. Also this specific bus timer representative was incredibly rude to me.

June was awesome, but the uhaul itself was filthy inside the cab area and the rear tires were practically racing slicks. I would recommend June, but not whatever process was taken to deem trucks rentable.

I reserved a trailer for 11am; it took more than 40 minutes to secure because no one could find the lady who actually worked there. The only people visible were workers who were remodeling the place. I also reserved a dolly online; when I got the trailer, I was informed that they didn't have dollies there. I would never work with this place again, and I certainly will advise anyone I know to avoid this place as well.

Make it a point to let the customer know that right on the paper we get is the number of gallons needed to return the tank to previous fill level. I flat out missed that that info was there. I thought it just showed what level the tank was at when I received the van. I missed the small print underneath and the numbers. Maybe that's on me, but emphasizing it to the customer would be a plus. That being said, I was very pleased with the service I received. I was treated with respect and the manager was friendly, and he made sure I got the best deal possible for the time I needed the van and the miles I was driving.

Have the truck windshield clean. This one was terrible. I cleaned the driver side for better vision, cut my head on the trailer overhang over the cab while doing it. When I got there to pick up the truck the 2 dozen blankets were not in the truck, nor the two dollies. While the guy working there took care of someone else, I loaded all the stuff in the truck which was parked a considerable distance from the office.

I initially brought my sister to check her storage. I had been utilizing another facility for the last 3 years. The manager was very cordial prompting a conversation regarding the property. I was very pleased. Thus, he had a new customer.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ BEFORE USING THIS LOCATION: I received a call in the AM from the location Uhaul office stating that I needed to return to clean the truck or he was going to charge me a cleaning fee. He stated that there were bugs on the vehicle at which point I asked him where in my contract did it state that I was responsible for power washing the truck after rental. He acknowledged that I wasn't responsible for it .... so he stated that the bed of the truck was dirty, I told him that it would be impossible since I swept it right before I turned it in. He said "well it looked pretty good ". So then the gentlemen says that "there was grass on the floor mat" at which point I said ... based upon this conversation you are going to charge me to clean it no matter what right? He just restated that he was charging me unless I came back, the gentlemen could tell by my information that I lived over an hour away and it would be unlikely I would come back to shake out the rubber floor mat. This location is obviously taking advantage of Uhaul customers. I would never recommend renting or returning a vehicle to this location. I have used Uhaul for 20 years without event but to be charged $25 for grass on a floor mat, sorry you've lost my business forever.
