There was a delay because my truck was in use by another customer even though I booked a 1030 pickup time. Was told it wouldn't be ready until 130pm. This caused me to not be able to move all my belongings that day. This has caused me to have to pay additional rent to my previous landlord as well as requiring another rental next weekend. Absolutely rediculous. Others will hear of this experience as it has costed me alot of money and time. What is the point of scheduling your vehicle's if you do not even honor the agreement in the first place. Every time I have used U-Haul shit happens where my rental is messed with at the last minute costing me money

How bout syncing one's reservation(or at least make sure its synced and ready to go) to your actual online system THE 1ST TIME when one is planning to do the online pick up. I lost an hour and a half re-doing my reservation(in the U-Haul lot) through the 1-800 number on a Sunday Morning and was late for where i had to be because my reservation WAS NOT SYNCED a couple days beforehand... pretty inconvenient on the customers side of things.

The checkin was long and painful, as I had done an online check in and added drivers licence and all other required info. When I arrived I was told the system had a mind of its own and I had to go through the whole check in manually after trying to make my online booking work.They had to log it in as a walk in rental. That was how they processed the booking.Then at the time of payment, the "system" couldn't process my payment. It was NOT the fault of my card but the "system" didn't work....4 tries. I offered to pay cash which it did take. The line up of people waiting when I left was clearly fed up with the wait. If they had to use a credit card I suspect their wait was even longer.

The truck was all muddy on the inside and the windshield wiper was broken. We booked a 20 foot truck but there was not one to be had so once again (this happened to us a year ago too) we had to drive to a different location then our preferred location and still did not get the size of truck we ordered. The attendant was excellent at this location

I think you need to overhaul your booking system. I am very unhappy both with the service we received and how we were treated. If you book a truck for a 24hr period you should get it for 24hrs. Not 8! Oh and then down to only 5 hours. I'm contemplating putting in a dispute on my credit card. I booked a truck from Saturday at 9 till Sunday at 9. I get a call AS I was driving to Edmonton they told me that they gave away my truck because we didn't show up right at 7am. They said we would only be able to keep the truck from 9am to 5pm .So we had to pick up another in the Fort. So back to the Fort we go. Get to the place only to find out we could only have the truck from 9am to 2 pm. So I ended up having to rent a 10fter and the 26fter which needed to be back by 2pm and the 10 was due back at 9am Sunday. The lady at Armour was snarky and very rude. We will never rent from you again. I prefer to take my business where they don't jack you around!

I have NEVER had such a beyond AWFUL experience dealing with any "company." I was on the phone 12 times and every single person I talked to were 100% USELESS! I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. I would rather pay thousands of dollars to have a reputable, useful, helpful company move me rather than the uless idots I've had to deal with at uhaul. I will be posting my full horrendous experience and advising everyone to go elsewhere.

There were no ice scrapers available at the office, and the windshield washer reservoir was empty. I didn't check as I assumed this was an item the uhaul employees would check, so I didn't notice till I had started my trip.

Nothing it was fine. The truck was dirty so before pictures were not the same. Also There's a mistake on the check in process with dates. The girl at the desk was awesome however

The truck I asked for was not available on my move day. The overhead door was inoperable this left us with a smaller vehicle that cost us 3 trips and an extra day of rental and our king size furniture did not fit through the door was a nitemare, overall the vehicle performed well.

Have rented from uhaul for years. I recently returned a truck that had no fuel and upon leaving the lot, the fuel light cNe on immediately. I am being charged extra fir Fuel, though there was lone to begin with. Irritated, to say the least.

Clean and easy, only issue is that concrete lip at base of door, could use a edge piece so dollies roll a bit smoother, that's it.
