You never fixed the gate in over a year. Yet you raised my rent twice in that time in order to "keep the facilities from degrading" due to inflation of services. ( The second email actually had the wrong date because they didn't go in and actually change the notification, just resent the old one 6 months later with a new title and heading.) I actually moved out 6 MONTHS AGO.! It's bologna that the unit was emptied and rented in the past 6 MONTHS. I went to the office on a Monday morning to sign out. Nobody showed up by 15 minutes past the posted opening time. I called in a couple hours and told Quint that I was done with the unit. I was forfeiting my clean out deposit. And abandoning the junk in the unit and that there was no lock on it. I also told him there was evidence of thieves climbing the wall between my unit and the neighboring unit because they don't put locks on the empty units and the gate hadn't been fixed in a year and there is a large homeless population nearby. I was missing items and could see the footprints in the dust. Quint got rude and said he was going to charge me for the clean out of the unit. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card because they could not block Levi storage and he was so rude. He called me back with " an offer" to come back and clean it out myself in the remaining 5 days of the month and he won't charge me anymore. Lol. By then I remembered the gate not being fixed for a year. He got mad because he said He was going to have to clean out the substantial trash. He was cussing and rude but I wasn't much better. Threatening me with collections.... Then two months ago I get a notice that I hadn't paid rent and it was going to be auctioned off. I called immediately and got Quint. I was like WTF. He remembered our conversation and assured me it was just a formality and that I didn't owe anything. I got insistent he explain why it wasn't empty months prior and he was sending me anything! He hung up on me. Wasn't the first time. Excellent service à la clientèle. I called him back and he said proudly he had hung up on me. .... Anyways. This guy is a jerk. I am glad to hear that the gate is working as of the auction date. I'm also glad to report that nobody bid on the unit at Bitner's sale. So someone at Levi's still had to clean it out. I paid for over a year on that unsafe unsecured unit. And you lost money on a unit of abandoned trash for 6 MONTHS. The gentleman was very helpful to direct me to Stirman and was very timely in getting me checked out and hooked up the trailer for me. He's a great asset.
Brian MartinArmstrong was not an actual U-haul location. I was immediately referred to Levi storage to do the pickup. I imagine this is a gimmick to get more people to pick their location. I did not appreciate having to drive 20 minutes round trip to pick up a u-haul that I though was right next to my house.

I had rented 12 furniture pads, and when I opened the back of the truck they weren't there. After searching other trucks the employee did end up finding both the pads and the dolly, but I didn't leave the location until almost 9:40. By the way, I was the only customer there the entire time. Way too long and inefficient!

They seemed annoyed that we did not know the location, even though it was not stated on the website or at any time before the pickup. We had to drive to two different locations to pick up the trailer.

After hours of waiting and searching we finally were contacted and told to go to this location which proved to be very good. It was an extremely stressful situation due to UHaul's overbooking and mismanagement, yet this location was a great experience in an otherwise mishandled reservation.

JESSE KERLIN3 customers were being waited on for pickup, I was told where I could throw away some unusable cardboard and where the trailer was going to end up. I emptied my the cardboard and parked the trailer. The manager came out and checked me out in 30 seconds. Great place to drop off.
DON ROQUEMOREAgain, another weird and dissatisfying experience with UHaul. This is now the second time in NW AR alone that I've arranged to drop off a truck at a location that no longer is actually even in business/there. It was normal business hours, no one was there, but I was able to lock the packing blankets in the cab and drop the key in a UHaul labeled drop box. All that was very convenient to drop and go, but unsettling. Should I drop here? Are they still in business? I did receive a follow up phone call from a very nice person thanking me for the business and apologizing for sub par appearance since they were no longer in business.

When I arrived the business was closed and I had to call UHaul to find out where and what to do. It took over an hour and half searching two different address's to find Armstrong. Once we arrived at Armstrong they competed the transaction. I was disapointed with UHaul that no one had contacted me prior of my arrival even after my "Online Check in" days before. After this experience I'm not sure I will use UHaul every again.... Sorry guys but you need to step it up here. One other thing regarding the equipment, the truck performed great; however Armstrong did not have the truck cleaned. Inside was not the problem, but the outside. The wind sheld was full of bugs and difficult to see through. I had to stop and clean it myself agian not something as a customer I should have to do..

TAYLOR YOUNGTrucks should start out with a full tank of gas. It's bullshit that they start at a third, then taking on the risk of making sure there is enough gas replaced to avoid the ridiculously high refueling fees. Make it easy. Start with a full tank.
