The problem wasn't with the location. It was the sexist representative on the phone who wasted my time on pick-up. I lost over an hour on time. Also yall charged me for extra miles and that isn't going to fly after what I was put through. Yall owe me so money and I'll be calling soon to get it! Also I will never REPEAT NEVER use uhaul again. Yall suck at customer service! 1-5 rating.... you get -0 that's how bad your company is.Ethan S.

Got a broken trailer was told by uhaul it was working fine got home to realize the lights didn't work called uhaul to come help with roadside assist they said all wires were rotted out I needed to return the trailer by the time this all takes place the trailer was already loaded so we had to go back to uhaul to swap trailer and rea load to the new trailer which waisted my time for moving was given the wrong paperwork to return the whole experience was poor, frustrating with no offers to add a day or even a discount for a whole day waisted for all the inconvenience we were put throughMARLO H.

My issue was not with the rental truck or the rental site. My issue was with U-Haul company because I rent from a certain area and it was confirmed close to where I reside at in Kingsland and Saint Mary's somehow there's no registration under my name or the reference number so they wanted to redirect me way in another state this not only happened to me but the couple in front of me I believe that U-Haul needs to improve on registration and confirmation of registration and if there's any type of change made by U-Haul that a person should be notified within a reasonable time so that they can make adjustments if possibleNAOMI B.

The uhaul dealer that we picked the truck up from at the Army Navy store was completely unhelpful, not informative on any general uhaul knowledge, and even rudely snapped at me when I tried to ask some basic questions about the truck I was renting. Luckily for me, I have rented from uhaul many times so I had an understanding of what to do, but the man hardly communicated anything to me and had a very rude demeanor during the whole experience. This person needs an extensive re-training session to be able to help his future customers better. I am genuinely concerned for any future clients that come into that location needing help because they will get a very poor impression of the uhaul company.Richard S.

This location was 30 miles from our house, but it was the closest location offered on the website! There are at least 5 U-haul locations within 5 miles of our house, but I could not change the drop off location to a closer location, I had to drive back up into Georgia 30 miles to drop the trailer. U-haul's website, online reservation system, and telephone system is terrible!Robert J.
I was charged for gasoline and extra mileage because I had to go to Groveland to pick up my truck instead of Webster Florida. I put the same amount of gasoline in the truck as I did the last time and was pulling a much heavier load last time. I went over and mileage and in gasoline because I was inconveniencedKimberly C.

Your app and website are absolutely horrible. I wasnt able to check in my trailer using either method and had to call, wait on the line for an agent, then check it in and take my own pictures for my protection. I used multiple devices, but the app or website wouldn't either associate the order to my account, or acknowledge my geolocation to return the trailer. Customer support and the store clerk were great. But the overall experience was garbage. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!Dylan C.
