It's not the best location and there's no signage making it obvious that there's a Uhaul - it's only once you go inside the gas station/restaurant and ask that you would know. The young man that helped us was very nice however.

This location is very weird since it is a gas station. They took me to the back room, not their fault on the set up, but it was weird.

The office was in the back of the gas station through a small hallway and the office was a mess. There was nothing professional or comforting about being there. When we first got in the truck we noticed that the miles didn't match up to what our contract said. It had about 59 more miles on it than was on our contract! So we had to go back in and talk to the lady, which took like 15 extra minutes. Then they still charged us the extra $59 dollars after we returned it. We had to call and talk to them about it and they eventually refunded our money. How did they miss record 59 miles? One worker we talked to said they have never seen that before and the next person we talked to said it has been a problem that they are trying to prevent. I will not be going back to this location again and have lost trust in U-haul overall.

The worst. I refilled the tank to where is was when I left and they still charged me $20 in gas. When I returned the truck I was greeted by a Subway sandwich worker who just took the keys and said "OK"> Never again. A joke.

Overall a pretty good experience. We we frustrated by getting bumped to different pick up locations twice. The second time we didn’t know until we got there that we had to go somewhere else. It put us behind in our moving.

The man that rented to me was not friendly at all. Can’t blame him for the system being down. He was busy with other work as this was a gas station and seemed to be more interested in helping the others. I was told to return the truck with more gas than provided 1/8 of a tank or I would be charged a hefty sum. When I told him that has never been the case when I have rented he said if you want to leave it empty that is your perogative. The truck was filthy inside (sunflower seeds and the like all over) and I know you are supposed to clean it before returning. I took pictures to ensure I was not charged a cleaning fee or any fees for the gas. I felt more at ease when they called me later to talk to me regarding the rental. But one persons attitude can ruin your whole experience with a company. I rent U-Hauls quite frequently and will never do so from this location again.

The reserved equipment was not in stock. The employees are untrained on how to rent and return equipment. I was double charged because the one person who is trained didn't bother returning my rental until the next day.

First, my request to have a vehicle closer to my departure place did not happen. This pickup spot was 10 miles further away, I had to ride the local transit bus for 40 minutes to get to the place where the rental was. Second, There were no blankets in the truck and had to drive to a different location to pick those up. Third, the truck they gave me was not the right truck, mileage was not correct on check out and vehicle D.C. number did not match my contract number causing me to have to call Uhaul traffic control to get this all straighten out. Fourth, the online quote from departure point A to arrival point B was over $100 less then my actual charges. Fifth, why are the charges more then double for dropping off the vehicle in Lacey Washington, then in Tacoma Washington, 20 miles away? Overall, I ended up paying more then the original quote then you online quote.

No signs to designate where to drop vehicle, drove behind the building and spotted a couple of other trucks and parked out there next to them. I returned the vehicle with slightly more gas than when picked up, but somehow got charged 7 plus dollars, gauge was between 1/4 & 1/2 and the emailed receipt says 1/4? Was pouring rain, attendant walked out to rig. Came back in, finished paperwork, asked to verify my email address and said your good to go. No mention of gas discrepancy? Didn’t fuel vehicle? Amount charged is dishonest. I expect a reimbursement. Quite frankly, if it where my business, I would refund the entire amount of the rental and reprimand the employee. I don’t appreciate being scammed. It is not the money, it is the principle.
