Outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, front desk was very responsive to my questions, quickly handled my rental pickup and return. Friendly as well. Nothing like being greeted with a smile and personable front desk when you know the rest of your day is going to be hard moving. This will be designated local go to U Haul dealer from now on.

This is my first time renting a uhaul truck for helping out my grandma moving less than 3miles away from the uhaul place and from my grandma old apartment to the new apartment is less than a mile away. One trip from uhaul to grandma old apartment to new apartment and back to uhaul should be less than 13 miles or less but I didn't know how to check in the truck from the apps so I think it would be like renting a cars from the airport. I locked the truck and dropped the keys in the drop box. The next morning I get uhaul stated that my truck trip mileage was 37 miles. I was like it can't be right. I talked to the owner of the uhaul store and she stated that my gas was less than when I first got the truck. I told them that I actually had put more gas in the truck than before. The owner admitted to the gas but not the mileage and stated that it was uhaul not the owner that charged me for the mileage. This will be the first and last time getting a uhaul from this place what a ripoff trying to overcharge me for something I didn't even know or do it.

The truck was dirty and the gas tank was on empty. I accidentally left my phone in the van and it took me two days to retrieve it because the location was closed and the message on the phone number listed on their website was: "this number is not in service at this time." I called U-Haul corporate and they said they'd have the location contact me, but I never got a call back.

Tiffany has an outstanding customer service , very knowledgeable about the services provided . The uhaul was extremely clean in and out and it ran like it was brand new . I will recommend this location to everyone that needs a uhaul . Thank you Tiffany for the excellent customer service .

I picked this location because they said they would be open on the website only to find a note on the door saying they would not be open! I was also told i would be charged less or credited a day if I turned in the truck early. I turned it in more than 24 hrs early and got nothing!

Amazing family owned business, any concerns or questions we had were met beyond expectations. The new management has really turned this place around, 2nd time renting from this location and it is our preferred spot for all rentals going forward. thanks again!

Extremely unprofessional, crooked and overall fraudulent. Location was dirty and a mess, the had personal pets being fed infront of the door and when I walked into the office, the lady behind the register was brushing a childs wet hair. During normal posted open business hours, they directed me to go back outside and use the after hours drop box, which I did. The next day they charged me for a $20 "after-hours" fee trying to claim I dropped off after they were closed and then also made up false claims to charge for a $40 "cleaning" fee, when in actuality the truck was pristine and fully clean and the furniture pads were neat and folded. I have never seen such a blatant attempt to rip off customers and after over 15 years of using U-Haul services, this was the first time I ever had to use a "non-official" U-Haul service center, lesson learned, never again!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing . She helped to make our moving process easier by being flexible in helping us with extending out our rental for our rental truck. She was professional and very friendly . She made renting a truck from Uhaul easy and efficient. I will be going to her directly for any further rental needs and will recommend my friends and family to renting from that location . Thank you again Tiffany !

Everyone at this location strives to do their absolute best. I walked into the office on New Years Eve without knowing they'd closed early. Yet, they stayed after to allow me to rent the truck I needed. Everything was much appricated and I'm very grateful for the help I received. See y'all soon. Happy New Years!

After reading reviews of this location, I was very cautious to visit, but upon arriving I read a sign they were under new management as of November 1st (A little stress was relieved at this point) The entire process was quick and convenient to say the least. If you need a U-Haul this is the location to visit, thank you U-Haul for having smaller locations that truly seem to care about their customer base and the customers overall experience

I have never had good experiences with U-Haul but in reality, this location made my rental a very pleasant experience. I would definitely rent from this location/company again. The truck was dirty in the back and the pads I ordered were not at this location. I had to drive to another location to get pads. The agent was very kind, accommodating and caring...I giver her 5 stars.

Completely revamp the staffing at Arden location. Dont settle for hiring unhelpful representatives and train newer individuals better. The amount of time it took me to get my reserved vehicle, be told to find it in the lot, go back inside to get the key, open the van to find my equipment was not loaded, go back inside and gather the equipment I paid for myself, and THEN leave the lot took 45 minutes. Ridiculous customer service experience. Not helpful, will not recommend and completely let down at every stage of this supposedly easy process. Train better and hire better individuals honestly. For the drop off location, there should always be an emergency opening for the drop off zone. I shouldnt have to be forced to pay a fee when I cant access the drop off box on a day that place is not open.

My entire experience was terrible. Your website and ability to NOT inform your customers about changes made my entire moving experience horrible. First off, I was never given ANY confirmation to pick-up my truck at any location. I reserved my 15' truck about 3 weeks in advance at a specific location, yet no communication was relayed to me until the day of the move. As a matter of fact, I only knew because I downloaded the U-Haul app. I was very surprised. Secondly, I show up to a sketchy location. I go inside and there are beds inside the office. The owner changes her kid's diapers while we conducting business. She was in PJ's and told me that the 15' truck was not available. All they had was a 10' truck. I had no choice but to pick it because I had to move out that day. Seriously, let me tell you how bad this rental truck was: The truck was dirty, only had a quarter of a gas tank, window knob was broken, tire pressure sensor is malfunctioning, towing lights kept flickering, steering wheel was out of alignment, window seal was not intact causing terrible wind noise in the freeway, interior fabric was falling off and I also wasted gas because the gas tank was leaking when I added fuel. This was a very unsafe truck to drive with altogether. And the most frustrating part? I had to pay extra because to make 2 trips to accommodate the small truck. Making it extremely inconvenient to coordinate my move with 2 trips. I had to add another $40+ which would have been done in one trip! Lastly, as I returned the truck back, the office gate was closed. There were no drop off locations & no drop off boxes for keys. I had to wait about 10 - 15 mins to open the gate. This experience has been so awful and I feel like this whole situation is a scam to gouge more money from customers. I'm not using your services ever again. Your website needs to be updated and your third party network needs to be audited.

The truck was dirty, they did not have an appliance dolly as requested so I had to go to the original location that I requested the truck from to get one. This cut into moving time and was an inconvenience. The agent was nice and customer friendly but I would not use this location again.

People at both locations were great and accommodating. The reservation process was an absolute joke. Why not just tell your customers what is available instead of this backwards guessing game where they tell you what they want and you screw it all up and give them something different. I also filled the tank just above half and was charged $35 additional dollars bc it wasn't enough supposedly. Whatever

They had the odometer reading wrong on the truck and it is now costing me $340 extra dollars for miles I did not drive. VERY disappointing. Not to mention my first reservation got canceled without any notice at all and I got moved to this location where they made a huge mistake costing me a lot of extra money.

The truck that I paid for and reserved online, should be available for me at the location I selected. I got the run around the morning of my move and it was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever had with u haul. It makes me never want to use this company again if I can avoid it.
