Completely revamp the staffing at Arden location. Dont settle for hiring unhelpful representatives and train newer individuals better. The amount of time it took me to get my reserved vehicle, be told to find it in the lot, go back inside to get the key, open the van to find my equipment was not loaded, go back inside and gather the equipment I paid for myself, and THEN leave the lot took 45 minutes. Ridiculous customer service experience. Not helpful, will not recommend and completely let down at every stage of this supposedly easy process. Train better and hire better individuals honestly. For the drop off location, there should always be an emergency opening for the drop off zone. I shouldnt have to be forced to pay a fee when I cant access the drop off box on a day that place is not open.Marnelle M.
My entire experience was terrible. Your website and ability to NOT inform your customers about changes made my entire moving experience horrible. First off, I was never given ANY confirmation to pick-up my truck at any location. I reserved my 15' truck about 3 weeks in advance at a specific location, yet no communication was relayed to me until the day of the move. As a matter of fact, I only knew because I downloaded the U-Haul app. I was very surprised. Secondly, I show up to a sketchy location. I go inside and there are beds inside the office. The owner changes her kid's diapers while we conducting business. She was in PJ's and told me that the 15' truck was not available. All they had was a 10' truck. I had no choice but to pick it because I had to move out that day. Seriously, let me tell you how bad this rental truck was: The truck was dirty, only had a quarter of a gas tank, window knob was broken, tire pressure sensor is malfunctioning, towing lights kept flickering, steering wheel was out of alignment, window seal was not intact causing terrible wind noise in the freeway, interior fabric was falling off and I also wasted gas because the gas tank was leaking when I added fuel. This was a very unsafe truck to drive with altogether. And the most frustrating part? I had to pay extra because to make 2 trips to accommodate the small truck. Making it extremely inconvenient to coordinate my move with 2 trips. I had to add another $40+ which would have been done in one trip! Lastly, as I returned the truck back, the office gate was closed. There were no drop off locations & no drop off boxes for keys. I had to wait about 10 - 15 mins to open the gate. This experience has been so awful and I feel like this whole situation is a scam to gouge more money from customers. I'm not using your services ever again. Your website needs to be updated and your third party network needs to be audited.MARC A.
The truck was dirty, they did not have an appliance dolly as requested so I had to go to the original location that I requested the truck from to get one. This cut into moving time and was an inconvenience. The agent was nice and customer friendly but I would not use this location again.Janet R.
People at both locations were great and accommodating. The reservation process was an absolute joke. Why not just tell your customers what is available instead of this backwards guessing game where they tell you what they want and you screw it all up and give them something different. I also filled the tank just above half and was charged $35 additional dollars bc it wasn't enough supposedly. WhateverCollin L.
They had the odometer reading wrong on the truck and it is now costing me $340 extra dollars for miles I did not drive. VERY disappointing. Not to mention my first reservation got canceled without any notice at all and I got moved to this location where they made a huge mistake costing me a lot of extra money.Joshua P.

The truck that I paid for and reserved online, should be available for me at the location I selected. I got the run around the morning of my move and it was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever had with u haul. It makes me never want to use this company again if I can avoid it.Katharina L.
