Kimberly LI am a repeat customer. The pick up process should be easier. Compared to other ride share trucks, the uhaul pick up process is a pain! Brit should at least be a simpler pick up process for repeat customers.
Antonia WNice place and nice people. I just wish I wasn't charged for 2 days when I only needed it for 1 day. I returned it within 24 hours. The guy said it's a standard 2 day charge if it's not being dropped off at the same location. I think U-Haul can do better than that as a policy.

Mark BNo people available during the day Saturday and the posted contact phone number reported as disconnected. Further, U-Haul called me to check that I had returned the vehicle and apparently had to prompt this location to complete processing the truck as being returned. There was a sign indicating a direction to a return location but there was no apparent place to park the truck without blocking a storage unit. I parked the truck in-line with the other trucks and put the sun-shade in the windshield. May that confused the staff at the returning location. Did not seem professional.

Justin WUHaul was very good, but this location was not. I spoke with a manager prior to pick up who was very nice, assured me of a 0800 pick up Time. When I arrived, at 0801, no one was in the office, although it was supposed to be open at 0800. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed. I ended up calling UHaul directly after trying to contact the office. I was able to pick up the truck remotely, after fiddling with the lock box lock for 10 minutes because it was creaky and rusted and not well maintained. After getting the key I checked out the van which should have been clean. It was not. There were also several dents, tears, and dings not mentioned in the inspection that I had to photograph. It DID have a full tank of gas. The other issue with this location was there was nowhere to park and leave my vehicle - and no one in the office to guide me to a safe location. I ended up parking on the grass in front of the building. Upon return, I expected someone to be in the office. I returned the vehicle at 2:30pm. No one was in the office. Because of this I had to call UHaul back again to figure out the drop off procedure. Overall, UHaul was a great company but I would not recommend this location unless you are given all of the information first.

James CIt wasn't completely clear where I was to drop off the equipment upon after-hours return. The lack of reliable cell phone signal/WiFi made it frustrating to submit the necessary photos in a timely fashion.

Stephon MWe checked the lights on the trailer and they worked. One thing we did not check was if they worked when I had the lights on the truck. When I turned the truck lights on the trailers break lights stayed on and the trailer turn signals did not work.

Krista LCustomer service was great but the truck was less than desired!!!! It was horrible to drive. Out of all the trucks they had I believe I received the worst piece of junk. It kept going up to 4 & 5 rpms when I'd take my foot off the gas, spark plugs sounded like they were going to jump out of the engine, the brakes were squawking, steering wheel would shake and I feel I only made it by GRACE!!!! At the location you walk in and smell a nasty litter box and a cat is jumping up on the counter!!!!

Charles YStaff member was great! I struggled with the website on my phone at drop off. I couldn't do it without location services turned on. Eventually it seemed that it worked but then all I had to do was put the key in the drop box. That's what I would have done anyway, but wasted some frustrating minutes on my phone first.
