This is a great location to rent equipment from with incredibly helpful staff. I've used this location in the past and I will continue to use it when I have need for a large moving truck.

Blake B.Worst moving experience ever! For starters, the key to the lock wasn't the right key - I had to buy a lock to secure the contents. Second, the inside of the windshield was so dirty I could hardly see out of it. Third, the front tire went flat just sitting in my driveway. I waited and waited for the repair person to show up, only to find that he/she had already been there to fix the tire. He didn't ring my doorbell, send me a text or anything. Fourth, the following morning when I needed to take the load to Greensboro, the truck wouldn't start at all - even when my neighbor tried using his truck to jump the battery. I called roadside assistance - the guy was very nice - but it was going to take an hour to get someone there to jump the battery. In the meantime, my neighbor kept trying to jump the battery and after about 30 minutes it finally worked. I was concerned about it happening again, so I kept the motor running while we unloaded. I am NOT at all happy with the experience and will never use Uhaul again!!

Sandra B.The failure of your online application to recognize existing, and or even newly created account, resulted in our inability to pick up the truck before office hours. This resulted in us having to wait around an extra hour in order to get the truck, as we had to wait for the office to open. This is an excusable and failure of U-Haul.
Peter C.My location for pick up was changed 3 times and then the last time it was changed I was not notified. plus charged for gas when we brought the truck back with a little more gas that when we picked it up.
TIMOTHY H.I didn't get my truck until almost an hour and half after my reservation. I selected 8am with self-check-in, was told the evening before it wouldn't be ready until 9am, then the app told me I couldn't get it until 10am. The ONLY person who helped was at the site itself at 9:30am (even though the app said it did not open until 10am), meanwhile the people on the phone couldn't figure it out for me. If I could rate the process I selected which wasn't supposed to be working with anyone on-site, it would be 1 star.

Wesley S.Provide a full tank in order to allow the customer to return it full. It is a waste of time and money to try to return it 1/4 tank. Indeed, you likely do not allocate the overage to another customer, but pocket it by requiring the next customer to return it as given by the last.
Debbie L.The passenger side door was off the hinge so you had to keep slamming it repeatedly in order for it to stay shut and the inside of the cabin was smelly like sweaty guys moving some furniture. However it wasn't dirty. We informed them about the door and the inside we just sprayed Lysol in and that took care of the smell but otherwise we had a great experience.

Kayla C.First, we reserved the truck for mobile pickup (no store interaction needed) at 7:30am, only to arrive and learn that they had changed our reservation to in-store and we had to sit there and wait until 8 when they opened to check in and get the keys. Second, we reserved furniture pads at checkout and did not find out until arriving on the morning of our reservation that our location didn't have any furniture pads available. Both of these issues should have been communicated to us in advance.
Rachel C.I was a little worried about this location, but I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and they were extremely courteous. I have never rented a u-haul before, but they took the time to explain the process to me and I would be happy to go back tomorrow and do it all over again!
Brooke M.Was just upset due to i lost almost an hour of my time due to my location for pick up being changed when my email confirmation was completely different. Went to my email pickup location because that is where I choose to pick up the truck and them not having me in their system. The truck was clean but didn't shift into gears very well and seemed hard to accelerate to the correct speed.

When I arrived the next day, another employee (new) informed me that he had just rented my equipment to someone else. Another employee got involved, found the equipment for me at another location, and issued me a partial refund.
daniel C.Owner of facility was fine. Cab of truck was dirty & smelled strongly of smoke. We had to wait 45 minutes past our scheduled pick up time before truck arrived. Parking area was very crowded - people parking everywhere, not even in parking spaces which were very limited. Truck was difficult to back up due to the outside inventory of the store- bikes, washers, dryers, windows/doors. A place on the other side of the building might be beneficial but that is part of their car lot too. Process of paperwork went fine.
