They were not especially helpful. Didn't have anything to help when I needed a 2" receiver hit, just send me up the street to u-haul. Stack of packing blankets was on top of the trailer when they sent me around to hook it up. No help hooking up. Missing 4 wire pigtail for hookup. No jack to lift up trailer tongue available. I finally convinced they to come up and show me where the jack is located, they couldn't find it. Then they finally help me manually lift the trailer tongue onto my vehicle.

James KThe first thing is that the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Second they gave me a truck with the check engine light on, after letting them know they said it's okay, so I left. The worst was upon arriving home and opening the back and seeing the whole cargo space full of dirt and sand. So I had to clean it myself. Don't think it's fair for me to have to do that. If I brought the truck back dirty, I would've been charged

Greg DI would have to say a very successful Rental Pick Up. Very clean and nice location. No worries to handle. If any issue comes about. The Front Desk Owner/Worker will take care of. He might be a little on the edge with speaking but as long as your patient he can get it fixed.

Van HThe truth was relatively clean but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The driver's side door was very difficult to close (and the truck has an alert warning when the door is open). Could definitely use some cleaning and repair.

NSHAN MThis was the WORST experience with U haul we have ever had. I usually always go with U Haul but I won't be going again. The customer service was horrible this place did not have the equipment me reserved or the correct size truck. They were very very rude and did not want to help us or out business and felt they were being racist as well towards me as a black customer. I have always recommend U haul yo anyone who moves because you all are so helpful and kind and have the exact equipment needed. I also believe we were over charged for our reservation. Please look into they and into this location…
Storm FThe online checkout through the U-Haul app was great! There was nothing special about this location though, they closed super early so I couldn't speak to an attendant at all and used the after hours drop box which was fine. There also wasn't a ton of space to drop the truck and tow dolly.

Peter GOnce I was actually helped it worked out just fine. However, they sent us to a different location and despite the fact that I PAID FOR A HITCH, was told it wasn't offered. Then I call customer care and was transferred back into the general call queue without being told anything. Had to go to Home Depot and buy my own hitch since Uhaul didn't care enough to give one.
JAMES LBefore writing a review I red couple of previous ones and i am surprised why ppl are writing bad reviews for the location which has nothing to improve as they are just the best one i've ever seen. So, it speaks for itself, twenty+ 5 star reviews and two or three 1 star.. They helped me from A to Z, did more than they supposed to do, and i am very thankful for that. 5 Stars customer service, Thank you guys, keep it up!

The man at the front desk said I needed to have the truck back by 1:30 pm because "no one would be there" while it was supposed to be a contactless interaction and he did everything I was doing on my own phone on his. He also kept telling me I did not need to take pictures of the truck.

ARTUR CNothing to improve! The workers at this location are absolutely wonderful! Just excellent in every way. And let me tell you, that is RARE and a concern for a lot of us customers. Getting vehicles that are in good shape, that are ready to go with fuel, that are CLEAN and that we can rely on to be there, and then just topping that off with GREAT IN-PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! It feels like another world, especially for Uhaul, sorry to say. (But again, in this case, Glad to say!) I'm so appreciative and thankful and will remember this location! The only things I'll add is I, myself, didn't walk around to the other [passenger] side and have a look at the truck {due to being in a hurry to get everything done & get it back by 4 o'clock for another renter, and becasue I just assumed they already did}, BUT upon return there seemed to be some very minor dents & black scratches the that side of the truck that I didn't do. So, either it was done by somebody else while I was away from the truck grabbing things to put in it or it was there before I even left. Since I don't know, I can't say that they need to do a better job inspecting the vehicles before send off! But I can say that they did handle with VERY well once it was noticed! And they didn't take the "damages" lightly. It was a real concern. Which is also a good thing. Another thing is, without getting UP over the bed of a pickup truck to Look In It, it can look completely clear (as it did to me upon taking off to use it) but once I got up in there I saw a black hoodie & a hat that was not mine. I didn't touch it or remove it because of germs plus it had been rained on. So I just tried to avoid it. But, once again in a hurry, BARELY making it back to return it in time, I forgot to tell them. So I hope they don't think that was mine. And could maybe just hop on up there, if physically able, to make absolutely sure the trucks' beds are as clear as they seem at a glance. But still, 1,000 % great rating for this place! And nothing bad to say. Merci.

NSHAN MI don’t think there is anything needed for improvement
Heather TI have no Idea why uHaul changed the drop off location on me. this location is in a horrible location (north hollywood has gone down the tubes since i grew up here in the 1980s) really did not feel comfortable at this location and the knowledge that uhaul can change my dropoff location after i have a written contract if frightening. I am going to buy my own cargo trailer and just store it until i need it twice a year. since uhaul does not care about customer satisfaction let alone retention, I'll do this myself from now on.
Damon GSite didnt offer assistance when installing autotransport on my truck the only person there was just telling me how to i did the install……trailer got one securing strap installed incorrectly and was almost imposible to get it loose apparently last person who used this didnt care at all this must be checked and inspected mandatory at site for the next person who gets it is free of lil issues and headaches like This we had a huge hardtime to get it free.

They were polite enough. But they didn't strap the dolly to the wall of the truck as we are instructed to do. They also didn't have the requested amount of moving blankets.
