It would have been nice to get through via phone easier. Main thing, it would have been super helpful to have a little help unhooking the trailer.

Although there was no one at the location when we dropped off the truck, it was well maintained and convenient. Everything was well marked and easily available.

The after hours lock was difficult and the call center sent the guy to the wrong location and I had to wait for over 2 hours to get the truck. This was not the fault of the owner of the location and he made it right. So a big thank you to that locations owner.

I thought it was to be around $100. Got on charge for $91. And another on Saturday for $121. Seems a higher than expected. If you could call. That would be great. Joel 713-303-1742

There was no one there at the pick up location. After calling customer service and being placed on hold for 19-15 minutes, I found out this is a self-service location.

There was no one at the location, so I had to call customer service to get the vehicle. The vehicle was clean, but the vehicle felt like I was about to break loose at 40mph or above.

We used the contactless method and had to wait at the location for 45 minutes after we did the remote pickup for the location to bring a key to us and take the padlock off the truck. They were not very happy people at all.
