I rent from location every time I need a truck!
Troy SPull out ramps on the trailers would be a big help for being able to use a two wheel cart more efficiently and alone

Michael SMy comments have nothing to do with the location it's all about the service it was so hard to figure out how to get my rental through the online service I couldn't figure out how to get my key out of the lockbox I was charged twice and still owe a promissory note for what I don't know it's a little ridiculous I'm charged $112 one day when the price was supposed to only be 19 98 or 1995 or something plus mileage they don't say plus insurance plus roadside assistance plus gas you should probably include that all in the price cuz I was expecting to pay maybe 75 bucks but I paid $112 and it's on my bank statement that I paid $112 charged 93 but you still got the 112 and I'm still being charged another $107 terrible service I would not recommend it to anybody not even my worst enemy

JOSH RThe only thing that I would recommend is somehow protecting customers phone numbers, not saying that it was U-Haul, but starting the following Monday, I was getting 20 to 30 Robo calls a day and I’m still getting them today and prior to that I would maybe get one a week.. again not saying it was U-Haul, could be a coincidence

Steve TDuring the past two years , I have been in transition with moving, and have depended on several UHAUL franchises for help me with my many moves from city to city. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with UHAUL from several (which I have driven)10 foot trucks to 26 foot trucks. With the greatest respect, I highly, highly recommend to contact Charles, the owner of Atlantic Tire and Auto in Atlantic Iowa. Charles is extremely well organized and the UHAUL vehicles that he provides, are well equipped and in great conditions and most importantly, extremely safe to drive. Charles takes the time to answer my questions, and assures we I am prepared for my UHAUL journey. Charles is professionally polite, and knows the UHAUL business, tires and trucks!!! When I drive away, on my UHAUL journey I am confident all is well. As a widow, thank you Charles for helping me, and giving me the confidence with driving UHAUL Trucks! For you information the WORST UHAUL Dealer is the location in Waukee, Iowa!!!! When picking up the UHAUL truck, the UHAUL representative was EXTREMELY rude to me, and could have cared less for me as a customer, let alone, certainly hated his job! WOW…I asked him to call his Manager for me to talk to, and he refused. I will NEVER ever go back there again! Sincerely, Barb Crawford

andrew jReturned when location was closed, no real way to rate except outside area. Lot was very crowded and not much room to return and park larger vehicles.

Shelby HVehicle had no fuel in it and had to spend close to $150 to fill it up. Inside the cab was dirty, ash try full of cigarette butts, floor was covered in dirt and mud, cup holder area had sticky liquid all over it.
Jason KWe were 2 hours early on our pick up time but they go thing going right away and got us on the road in less than a half hour, very polite and accommodating.

Cody MI did not appreciate the phone call I received. I was not told the time the U-Haul was supposed to be back. If he would've just called me at 11 and told me I would've brought it down right away and gotten the rest of the stuff off. I decided to eat lunch before I finished unloading the U-Haul. A nice tone goes a long way. This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I will no longer be renting from uhaul.

Jason MTruck was on full when I got to Atlantic I filled up at merphy gas station I put $45 in gas which showed full The people here we're not friendly they put the keys in door and left it! The back of truck was swept out and the cab may of had a couple crumbs and some bandaids that fell out of box! I'm disabled so I did the best I could
Billie JI didn't have service on my cellphone so I wasn't able to return it on the application. So I waited for 45 minutes on Monday morning and the shop never opened. I had to leave the keys and rental agreement in the box.
