This is an unstaffed U-Haul location so the truck had to be returned via our smartphone. We had difficulty using the U-Haul app and spent many minutes trying to get help from U-Haul via phone and Chat since no one at this drop-off place is associated with U-Haul and could not help us with any of the drop-off requirements. We finally got the app to work after 45 minutes and the truck returned and could finally leave! It was very frustrating. For next customer, let them know this is an unstaffed location with no help from a person. Also, if using U-Haul app/website, make sure they Allow Location, but NOT just One Time Only,Edward S.

The guy I worked with at the facility was great, but he had to overcome many issues: 1) the address of the location I was given had been changed, but the truck was still located at the old address 2) there was a lock box with the keys to pick up "Due to Covid", but I was not given the code 3) ordered and paid for a furniture dolly, and none was present/availableJohn G.

UHaul needs to update ATR address. They have moved locations, and GPS would not allow me to mobile sign in because "I was at the wrong location." The ATR guys were very helpful and got me taken care of quickly.BENJAMIN R.
My original pick up was supposed to be at 8:00 at a different location. That was then changed to 9:00 at ATR. When I show up at 9:00, no one is there because they are propping off. I am instructed to check-in online even though I opted for in-person check-in. I try to check in online but am never directed to how I get the keys. So I wait for and hour outside for someone to come by. The guy who came back tried his best to help, but he obviously was not the person who was supposed to be helping me. Either figure out how to ensure the instructions for getting the key are communicated electronically or through a phone call, or ensure someone is at pick-up locations to ensure customers get help. I received neither form of expected customer assistance in this situation and it cost me valuable time on an already stressful day.Samuel F.
I am being incredibly overcharged on account of a mess up from my drop off location. They didn't check in the rental from the time I returned it, and now I'm fighting to get my money back. I also was never explained my charges, or IF there was a balance remaining, or anything. I will NEVER be using U-Haul again, nor will I suggest it to anyone else. I've already waited 3-5 business days, only to have to reopen my case and wait another 3-5 business days. It is ridiculous.GARRETT M.

Online pickup did not work, we were on hold for an hour and a half at a dumpy location waiting for assistance. When we finally got someone she did wonderful, but the man who answered first put us on hold again for 30 min.Allison H.
