Couldn't see through my windshield. They got my name wrong twice and my vehicle. Over 3,000$. From Vegas to Washington, forgot to enter my destination! I'll be putting in a formal complaint.

Joshua SRented a 5x8 trailer and returned on Easter but they were closed. No problems, just followed instructions and placed rental contract in orange key box and called next day to confirm the return. No issues. Great experience.

Reggie SHonestly Switch Out Your Weekends Saturday and Sunday Guy because he Denied Rental Services to People for ether they Smelled a bit Like Marijuana like that's Legal in the State and Honestly if a Driver messes up or gets in a Accident thats A Win for Yall he will have to be responsible if anything happens so i dont see why he is Denieing service frequently That's you guys Loosing money on rentals. In my Opinion

Gary BEverything went smoothly. Cost was as expected. Return of equipment was simple. The only thing I would recommend you change is that you don't open early enough for a rental business. It would be much more convenient for your customers to pick up equipment at 7:00 or 8:00. By 9:00 AM, the day is half wasted.

Michael SI actually had a really good experience. I normally wouldn't take the time to reply to these things but I truly did enjoy the entire experience from the online checkout process (except all the upselling for boxes, dollys, gloves, moving help) to the pickup and then drop off. Very smooth experience and quick to get in and out with the equipment. Would use again, and plan to!
Garrett JI reserved a trailer online and i needed just bring my car from shop to my home it about two miles away i didn't need the insurance and i said that to person who helped me but whn i got invoice they added $8 for insurance. I sent an email and nobody replied me. It's not honest.

HUSSAM SGood job by the employee working the day we rented a 15' truck. Employee had completed the pre-check items and was ready to go when it was time to open. He said his colleague called out, so he was going to be by himself for the day. Good attitude, efficient and courteous. Returning was also easy & efficient.

Russell BThese questions do not capture a customer's experience. I was scheduled to pick up a truck from the location by my home. Upon arrival there was no truck and I had to drive to a further location, they would not let me return the truck at the scheduled either. The gas gauge seemed faulty. The tank read 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and read empty after 30miles. I used the guide sent to me which suggested how many gallons to put in to get the tank to 3/8 and it seemed to overshoot as the tank read 1/2 tank after that. It was an unfavorable experience. I'm not sure if the availability issue was due to the staff at this location or by originally scheduled location, so I don't want to give the 16th a poor review

Ajaypal SThe agent that assisted us was very helpful. The previous renter had not returned the keys which set us back a little bit. However he was professional followed through with that renter and got us on the road as quickly as possible. In addition he rate matched another company for us giving us a discount. The next morning I called to let the site know that I was running a bit behind to return the equipment. When I arrived the agent was friendly and received my equipment with no worries. I don't remember his name but he really did make our transaction easy and hassle-free.
