The truck had a huge leak in the upper attic area on the driver's side. In a move from Seattle to Spokane, conducted almost entirely in the rain, the leak soaked several boxes, and a couch loaded on the left side of the main compartment. Once unloaded, there were puddles of standing water inside the main cargo compartment.STEVEN O.

Over the course of a 44 year marriage, we have had several storage units in multiple states, sometimes simultaneously. Your storage facility is one of the best. Easy to access, staff is always helpful, price is right and the move out was easy with the cooperation of your employees. I'd recommend to anyone. Would not unhitch car from dolly so 67 yr woman with knee replacements had to get down on the ground to un hook chains. Then would not allow me to use bathroom, said I could use portapotty, which had not toilet paper and was filled to top. Then while checking me out, took phone customer's payment. When renting whether it be one way or round trip if you don't use the whole time that your alotted you should be refunded the extra. I hurried and got the truck back before closing so someone else could get it due to being called and told there was a shortage on trucks. I am very disappointed on the amount I had to pay.Angela A.

I wouldn't recommend having an on-site cleaning area that the customer could use to clean the interior and the back of the truck to avoid extra cleaning charges.Kelly M.
The gentleman who checked in the truck LITERALLY was going to charge me like a 60 $cleaning fee because there was a LITTLE bit of mud in the cab from my shoes and the back of the truck wasn't swept to HIS EXPECTATIONS... I had to take the truck back to my house (thankfully it was local) to clean it up to there "standards" or get charged a fee for a little mud I got cleaned up in TWO MINUTES... Will NOT recommend anyone renting a truck from them for sure!!!Heather P.

When I rented the truck for 2 days she hand wrote it on the paper. When I went to return the truck on the morning of the 3rd day, 48 hours later put us into the 3rd day that's how time works, Uhaul charged me for an extra day. When I said I paid for 2 days, 48 hours, the woman doing the billing at the drop off location never called me back. After a few months I just gave up. Uhaul is a rip off lying company. Make sure to stick to your guns and get EVERYTHING PRINTED, VIA THE COMPUTER, ON YOUR CONTRACT PAPERWORK.Liana H.

Make sure the vehicle is cleaned inside and outside before turning over to another renter. In addition, make sure vehicles are ready when scheduled to be. Don't make previous renter's problem a problem for the next renter.Mark H.

My only for Reason for not coming back to this location is the women behind the counter she is extremely rude and unapproachable, almost like we were bothering her being there, I've dealt with this same lady before back in February, she denied me service because she didn't accept cash, only card.. we went to the other location in auburn and they took my cash no problems no hesitations. This location was my last resort as my usual location was out of rentals. So This time I made sure to have a card but she was still very unpleasant very bad attitude. I came back to drop off the key right around closing time she was still there, the door unlocked so I walked in hoping to give her the key as we had requested the truck until 7 but were in fact done by 5 she scolded me not to come in and leave the key in the box I'm not sure how that even made any sense but I did and left. I don't appreciate being treated badly especially as a paying customer l, when I move or need a big vehicle uhual is my go to company but these sort of encounters make it very hard to maintain a happy customer. I ask soley that the staff be reminded as to what customer service is. Thank you!Beatriz M.

The clerk was extremely racist and rude to my sister and I. When we called to confirm the drop off she refused to accept the truck without an added fee. When I called corporate to see where we were to drop it off and to confirm that it was not late. She referred us to the same location we called and confirmed the truck wasn't late. When we dropped of the truck the lady was very rude and called us a liar saying that we never called for a drop off. Also that the truck was 2 days late and she would be charging my card over 120 $extra for fees. I had her call corporate and once again they confirmed that I should not be be charged any extra fees. It has been almost 2 weeks since I returned the truck and the same drop off location is attempting to charge my card for no reason. I will never return to this location again.gary S.

Didn't open until 9:00 and was already closed by 4:30 when I returned the rental. Store hours are listed as closing at 5:00. A small operation compared to the other sites I've been to. This site was chosen as being the closes to my home.John M.
When suggesting a drop off location, the customer service rep should have clarified the location dropping off the truck was closed for the day. It was confusing as I rushed to return the truck before the hours of operation to only arrive to a location that was closed for the whole day. I called customer service to ensure the proper instructions for returning the truck and rented equipment.cece S.

I went to pick up the truck after I gave a deposit showed up they did not have the keys had to use a smaller truck. Was told the truck had a 1/8 of a tank so I would be charged if it did not come back that way. Got to the truck it was on empty. I was asked to go out of my way and return the truck to a different location than I picked it up at further from my house. All in all very poor service.sean T.

I feel the van that I rented had been wrecked and not fixed correctly. The back up camera does not beep when you get to close to something, I tested it. Also, the airbag on the passenger side always says it is off, even when someone is siting there. I had requested a 14 day reservation and the lady at the desk only put me in for 7 days. Overall, I was not happy about the service or vehicle that I got at the Auburn locationJulie I.
