I was charged for mileage and I was not told that I had a mileage limit. My original reservation was for one way to Milledgeville, I changed it to a one way and the price stayed the same when I felt it should have been lower. Then when I returned the truck, I was charged an additional $47 for mileage and I feel that should be refunded and I will be calling the 800 number.Tonya B.

We waited for several minutes while the personnel sorted lottery cards and finished other tasks around the gas station. Then they said they couldn't find our reservation. Once they called someone to help, they said they couldn't input that we returned it with the same amount of gas (half full) that we got it. They said there was only and option for full or not. And because they weren't an â€œofficialâ€ uhaul dealer, they said we would be charged for the rest of the gas and then we could call and contest the charge. So much extra time wasted.Walker B.

The employee had no experience returning a Uhaul, but called someone who walked her through it. Not a problem for me there. I did go slightly over my allotted mileage, which cost me $4 more. But returned the truck with almost half a tank of gas, which was about 10 gallons of gas more than when I picked it up. At $3,88 per gallon, you got the deal there. Seems like they would have taken that into consideration before charging me $4 + tax more.Jeffrey N.
The lady that worked at this location, Renee, was very helpful and very polite. The online site was giving us an error message. Renee tried for over an hour to help us pay our bill and check out. In the end, she had to call UHaul and they told us to leave the key with her and leave. It was very frustrating.Susan M.
Look at your invoice. When I picked up the uhaul they put a $90 hold on my account. They said if I use less miles, which I did, the price would come down some. When I returned the truck they charged my account again for $127 for some reason. They said the charge should be $110. Definitely calling tomorrow and figuring this out. Please update your policy on gas! It would be so much easier to just say that the tank should always come back full. I hate standing at the pump trying to calculate how many gallons to put back in. Your website directed me to a video that was supposed to help me figure out how much gas I needed, but the fuel estimator that it said to use appeared NOWHERE on anything I could see or access online or in the emails you sent.Ian H.
I am beyond frustrated. Not only was the location customer service terrible, the vehicle was whining and whirringâ€¦. I would have been okay with that, it's whatever. The customer service rep at the location HAD MY CAR TOWED TO A DIFFERENT TOWN, while I had the rental because they forgot that I had rented a uhaul from them after a couple days. It cost me a couple hundred dollars and the majority of my day. I have literally nothing to say except the only reason I continue to use uhaul is because I have no other options.
