Auburn storage was great however uhaul is the worst company for rental trucks and I will never use them again. The customer service is absolutely the worst. I'm still waiting for a response from uhaul management. Rented a one way which was 50$ more then intown (if I took it back to the same location) I paid the extra because I had work that Monday and couldnt get back for the return. Uhaul schedule called 1 hour after I picked up and told me I had to return it back to the same city it was another 30 miles to do this and then they charged me the extra miles to take it 30 miles back to them. I would be charged a extra 100 to take it to the original destination I originally chose.

Fix your software. The local representative was intelligent, skilled, and committed. Your software rendered her unable to book the truck. I saw this with my own eyes. Does U-haul want to be complicit in establishing a society paralyzed by stupid computer problems? I'm a software engineer... I can help if you are interested, just let me know. At any rate, our move went perfectly... once we had the truck.

Very nice lady handled our turn in. We were called to bring it there because someone else needed our certain sized truck. Was easy to do for us.

The guy working behind the counter was nice enough, but I chose this listing because it was "guaranteed availability" unlike the other "limited availability" listings. Apparently I was 13th in line for a reservation that he simply couldn't fulfill. He offered us a $50 refund/discount and said our truck would be ready at another location. We asked about dollys and pads, he said not to worry, they'll have them there (they didn't, we had to go to a 3rd location). Also.... I still haven't gotten my $50 refund.
