Converting miles to kms is a complete rip off. They speak of kms and then charge for miles which equals more. So I was charges almost double the quote for 8 kms extra. Total rip off. I'm very dissatisfied.

SANGHO LReturned during business hours with no other customers, but was told that I will receive my invoice the next day. The next day, I had a cleaning fee added because I didn't fold the furniture pads. I could have done it in thirty seconds if they came and checked the truck with me.

ELMUROD HPlease check your blankets, as ours were very dirty and stained with some dark oil stains, which transferred to our light coloured furniture and now we need to get it professionally cleaned. Very expensive. For the same price we could have gotten movers and pay the $400 for the same 4 hours. Very uncomfortable truck. Driving it felt dangerous and unsafe, everything was shaking. I will not recommend U-Haul. Very upsetting

Noor AThe track was leaking at cargo side. All if my boxes and furnitures got wet from ceiling drops . At the beginning I thought the wet floor is because of wet shoes but once we put the boxes inside cargo section I recognized they got wet because of ceiling leakage. It damaged my boxes and furnitures which was disappointing

SHAHROKH JI was not able to check in online and return the van. The website and app didn't let me to return the van , I had to leave it as it is and they did it on behalf me the next day, but they charged me extra for it. I didn't ask to did it, I was ready to return it myself, but the app didn't work. Not renting from this company again. It was on purpose to charge me extra!

armin wThe inside of the vehicle (driver and passenger place) is very dirty, there are spilled coffee and garbages most likely from previous people who rented the truck. I hope cleanliness can be maintained for every customers satisfaction.

Mukul PThe back door locker had problem to open and close. During the day when I called the office (100 steeles Ave) to ask just a question, nobody picked up despite I called several times! I did not receive any information in regard to road assistance regarding how can I contact them if needed, when I was booking the truck.
Davood MReturn is not intuitive. And the system is broken. I took all the pictures but it didn't approve any . I spent 30 minutes trying and retaking it.
Stiv KCall the location to find out the closing time as 6pm. When I got there to the counter at 6:55pm no one is available to check the vehicle to let us know the status of if any further billing.

Akbar JLouisa was very courteous and helpful on pick up in the morning of the Sunday. The 10 foot truck was an absolute perfect fit for my needs, offering, for virtually the same price, much more room than the cargo van and allowed a 5',8" person to stand straight upright . It was also comfortable and gas mileage is surprisingly good. Brought it back that evening - dropped keys off and Received my invoice the next morning without any surprises! Would highly recommend
Neil HQuick check in and easy drop off at the end of the day. I would just warn that the parking area would be tight to get in and out of with one of the larger trucks.

John CI rate this location as above average because it was a bit difficult to locate it. A signage at the entrance to the plaza will be helpful. The rental office was very good, courteous and took good care of my needs.
Venkat SI rented a trailer that had previously been used to haul trash. I had to wash it out before I could use it. I've rented from this location before and this was an unusual occuurence but wasted a lot of time
Allan SEverything was fine and the rental went well. The only issue was the cleanliness of the vehicle. The front, cab and box were all filthy when we picked it up. We swept alot of sand out of the cargo area. The rest was returned as it was received.
