MISTY T.The place wasn't well marked and was dark and not well lit. No definitive marking for where to park or leave vehicle after hours. The app kept telling me I was in Minnesota instead of Ohio. I couldn't check in and ended up having to call customer service. Very frustrating process. It shouldn't be that hard.
