The truck was clean but there was unreported damage on the truck that was discovered when I dropped it off in El Paso. Luckily I had the insurance so it didn't matter.

Number 1 I was supposed to receive a credit on mileage due to scheduling at a specific location and then U-Haul had to use another location a day before pick up. I was promised that credit and it was not received. When I picked up from NEW location my scheduled time was for 4:00 PM I showed up early and the persons doing u haul at the location took lunch and was not able to get me out until 4:30 to 4:45. I go to get into the truck and the truck is almost out of gas. I drop off and notice that I am getting charged for not 1/4 gas and my mileage was not CREDITED! Call u haul and rep can not do anything and refuses to put me on the phone with a manager. I tried to call the drop off location and NO ANSWER. I will never use uhaul again.

Have the uhaul I requested on time and the store that I'm getting the uhaul open on time. Waited 1 1/2 hours to get the uhaul. Worst experience of my life.

I was extremely disappointed with the location U-Haul sent me to pick up the trailer I rented. Why ask me the location that I want to pick up the trailer if you’re not going to honor that? Even though I “checked in” online, the process was cumbersome at best. I was sent to a pick up my trailer at a car stereo and alarm installation shop, and they only had one associate who could help, and I did not find him to be too competent. The trailer was sitting behind a dumpster, and I was left to clean out the trash from the previous renter. Then they couldn’t find the dolly I had requested. Fortunately I found one in a truck parked outside the shop while the guy who was “helping” me scrambled around the shop looking for it. This place was poorly organized and maintained. They need to stick to car stereo installation, which from what I could tell from other customers was not done well, either! Shame on you U-Haul for allowing a place like this to represent you!

Whom ever use the truck before me left a bunch of groups in the back that were just lay all over the place I left them where they wer whom ever use the truck before me left a bunch of ropes in the back that were just laid all over the place I tied some of them up and left them in the back of the truck then the dolly was also laying in the middle of the truck bit. The people working at the audio store were completely on organized and slow. I completed my forms on line but they still asked to see my ID they get verification before getting the keys when I was just supposed to show them the picture on the screen that you were supposed this is a 24 hou I tied some of them up and left them in the back of the truck then the dolly was also laying in the middle of the truck bit. The lady that did my paperwork seemed like she was on drugs. When I returned equipment the salesman came in without shoes bearfoot Then when unloading trailer jack broke. It was hard to pick jack up when I picked up, never again!!!!!!

Not sure what "safe move" is, but I was charged for it. Didn't discuss this during the rental agreement.

Major accident and delay. Called number under reservation and not a working number. Called 800 number to notify of delay but reservation was cancelled. Had to move time then when got there lock was very hard to use. App is not very user friendly

The original estimate was fairly high. Check out took too long, added charges seemed unreasonable. Truck worked well, needs new wiper blades.
