Riley at Audio Tronix does excellent work. His equipment is in top shape. I trust him to give me the best service around. I have opportunity to go to bigger cities to get the u-Haul but I am not guaranteed the service I receive at Audio Tronix. Merci

Very nice and clean U-Haul, ran great. All of the rental equipment was available at the time of pick up. The owner of the business was very nice and helpful.

Taylor NMinneapolis TRAFFIC was horrible!!! Pickup location was changed 3 times and the 2nd time there was no notification that the equipment was not going to be available at the location uhaul confirmed in text and email. I had to show up and find out at the scheduled time then had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pickup at another location. TRAFFIC did a horrible job of notification/communication and made no effort to make a problem better.

DRAINE WThe app e penitence was terrible. A 2nd form of ID should be known upfront. Not as I'm sitting in the parking lot trying to pick up the vehicle. Riley at AudioTronix was the best! He has excellent customer service skills and saved us from the app nightmare. I was ready to cancel. Uploading my drivers license took 3 min minimum. I only took one picture but in the end Riley had 10 pictures on his end. I like the concept of 24hr self serve. I'm just glad I arrived early in case technology didn't work.
