I paid for a Appliance hand truck and Furniture pads and they didn't put it in the back of truck. I did a smart phone pick up so I couldn't go in and ask for them because they were closed.

Ronald O.The photos of the truck were wrong. The truck was beat up and had broken parts. The check engine light came on three minutes after I started it. The truck was full of mud and the door handle was broken on the inside. They charged me for gas although I have receipts for the gas I put in the truck before returning it. They charged me for two days of rental when I returned the truck at 11pm the night I rented it. This location sucks butt and I would NEVER use them or recommend them again!!!

rob D.For some strange reason this location keeps Charging me I'm on hold with customer service right now. I spoke with this location a few days ago when I was double charge and now I've been charge a 3rd time. I wouldn't send a dog to this location.
JACQUELYN D.The people told me the 26-ft truck was $20 a day plus mileage I got the truck kept it 3 days now they're trying to charge me $39,95 a day plus gas that I filled put gas back in the truck the same as it was when I picked the truck up now they're trying to charge me $185 to use the truck for 3 days and I put gas in it I'm not paying it I'm sorry the people are wrong they told me two different stories they never emailed me the invoice they'd ever give me one when I left I'm sorry but I don't think I should have to pay that much I should be $20 a day I don't mind paying thank you

JULIA A.My truck was due on Sunday before 4pm. I arrived to the turn in location at 12:05pm. The place of business was a, get this, furniture store. Open sign was not illuminated. I called the phone number to the store and a very unprofessional sounding man told me that he'd be to the store in 10 to 15 minutes.

dywana F.When I returned the truck the owner accused me of not putting fuel in the truck. I told him yes I did. I stated I put the exact amount he told me half a tank. Well he stated “NO†I told you a full tank. I said no you said half I have it right here in the email. I should him but he said I don't want that I need to see my computer. I said that's fine but you sent me the email because you didn't have any ink. So either way this is the same and it's binding. Plus when you walk me to the truck you stated the same thing and my friend verified he heard the same exact thing. Neither to say when he reviewed his computer again he saw I was correct but I didn't like his attitude. He found it but no apology or anything just I got it and you were supposed to put a half tank. Thank you come back to see us again.
