Incompetent does not begin to describe this lady. I really dont know how they let her operate under their brand. I waited for 1.5 hours past my reservation because there was a lady in front of me arguing about her card being overcharged as well as being charged twice. The rep had no idea what to do or what was going on to the extend that she called her teenaged daughter from the back to assist. Then she cant find my reservation and took an hour to make a new one. A few days later guess what. I was overcharged by $80 and never got a receipt via email as she said I would. Run away from this place PLEASE save your self the time and headache.

They only provide trucks, regardless of your reservation. So I had to go to two other uhaul locations to rent the appliance dolly and furniture pads I had reserved that should have been on the truck when I picked it up. This turned an assumed 20-30 minute pick up into an almost 3 hour adventure which cut into our loading time and made it to where we had to stop loading multiple times to wait for the afternoon rain. Also this is not a uhaul location, so the service was very slow as she tried to work through the system. And to top it off "Austell Tropical Food Mart" is not the business at this location.

This location is not a food market, it is a clothing store. I cannot express how absolutely terrible this experience was. After our location was moved 3 times, one right before we were about to start the move and pick up the uhaul, we got to this location only to find the store was closed. I called customer service for advice on what to do since the store was closed and we were sent here, and the representative stated that there was nothing she could do. I was very confused and asked if she could change the store to another location, and she said "you can cancel your reservation and go with another company if you're that upset." We were all outraged at the fact that a customer service rep would even say that after we had been waiting for over 30 minutes to get our uhaul at the location you all sent us to. After about an hour of waiting, the store owner finally rolled up (she came in about 11am, reservation was at 9:30am and the store was supposed to be open at 9am). Once we get in the store, the lady in charge of us calls one of her friends and says "I don't know what I'm doing, can you walk me through this?" so we are waiting for another 20 minutes for her to even get us checked in. It was 3 hours after our reserved time and put us through so much traffic and eventually missing my new apartment complex's office hours to get my keys. I cannot even express how horrible this experience was every single step of that way and the fact that I had to pay money to be told I can take my business elsewhere after you all couldn't even provide us the service that we paid for is so ridiculous. I cannot even believe this place is still functioning. I have never seen a worse business model. I will tell every single person I know to never use Uhaul again, and I know that I will never ever use Uhaul again since obviously you all are so quick to tell us to cancel our reservation when something (that is your company's fault) goes wrong. Thanks for making my moving day the worst possible one!

If the vehicle is not available when I reserved it I need to know. I hate that I get there, with no notice that "they don't have vehicle" (even though I saw it and did end up getting that vehicle.) Because the last person to use it dropped it after hours, I could not get my key for my time. Which happens, but I was told I'd have to drive an extra ten miles to find a new one, and since I was paying by the mile, it wasn't worth it. No talk on getting me what I reserved, and working with me. Just I would still have to pay. This location needs better hours. 11-6 on a Saturday should not be okay. Then when I call to extend my time because I didn't get my full 5 hours, the woman who I spoke to, had an attitude with me, even though my request was reasonable.

No support at this location. the trailer needed some tools to get it to work and I had to get my own which was time consuming. The parking lot was small and difficult to manage leaving with the trailer.

The individual I was forced to work with at this location was not only incompetent, but beyond RUDE and unorganized. I still have yet to receive any receipt or form of booking information, which I requested at pick up. I was told “I can’t provide you with that. It’ll be emailed to you eventually”. But with much worse English than this quote. I turned my Uhaul into a wonderfully run location, however, it was too late to fix the huge billing fuck-up that ensued thanks to the pathetically run, horrid excuse for a business, pick up location. I will NEVER do business with Uhaul again as a WHOLE company. As long as this location and the individual representing this location are around you should expect to lose business. I have never been so disappointed in my life, and I work in customer service so I am surprisingly understanding compared to others . I move every single year and am furious and disgusted in my most resent Uhaul experience. Yelp and Uhaul will be rated accordingly.
