The UHAUL TRAFFIC CENTER WAS TERRIBLE. THE HOLD TIME WAS OVER 30 MINUTES, THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED TWICE. YOUR WEBSITE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO EDIT MY RENTAL. YOU CHANGED MY PICKUP LOCATION AND NEVER TOLD ME THE VEHICLE WOULD BE AT ANOTHER LOCATION. OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS PRETTY BAD. 1. GET BETTER INFO TO YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL 2. FIX THE PHONE SYSTEM TO NOT ALLOW DISCONNECTING OR PROVIDE CALLERS WITH A DIRECT DIAL NUMBER TO A REP. 3. FIX THE WEBSITE TO ALLOW EDITING 4. THE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU CHANGE SOMETHING.Dave A.

The actual drop off is actually not â€œauto body techniqueâ€ it is an entirely separate property with a different company sign across the street. Or at least I hope it is because that's where I dropped the truck with other U-Haul trucks and a drop box. â€œAuto body techniques â€œ had a locked gate and no Dropbox.Thomas R.

Do not have a dolly and moving pads in the truck with a security seal. They took up space I could have used. Moving them out of the way incurs fees. If I needed a dolly / pads I would have rented themRalph D.
I was erroneously charged for two gallons of gasoline-9,50 $. I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as it was given me. The establishment didn't even check it while I was there. I will be disputing these charges. I was also told that I may receive a mileage rate discount, but that never happened. Horrible service.anthony N.

I rented a truck through the mobile pickup option. I picked up the truck after hours on a Friday, and the process went really smoothly. The business owner called me beforehand to explain the process, and I had no issues accessing the pickup info from my Android device. Uhaul does require you to provide backup contacts (2) in order to rent--before they'll release your rental via mobile they text and call your contacts, so be sure that those you put down can speak with Uhaul briefly (it's literally a 15 second phone call). Overall I'd recommend using this location!Stephanie B.
Terrible customer service. Why would I need to provide not one, but two back up contacts to rent a trailer? It's ridiculous and invasive. Also the manager there had a bad attitude and wasn't wearing a mask.DEAN C.

My issue was with App I tried to get key for over an hr and movers were waiting. My phone did not work with app and had to borrow frie ds iPhone for it to work. Very frustrating also I called tech people 3 times and they could not help.Holly H.

The owner of "Auto Body Techniques" that helped us was incredibly rude. He did not wear a mask at all and we were in his very small office with the door and window shut the entire time. He was incredibly unaccomadating and acted as though he was doing us a favor by renting us the uhaul we had reserved.Christopher D.
My reservation was switched to this location 3 days before pickup. A man called me on the phone to let me know, and he informed to watch a YouTube video to see how to pickup because they won't be open. Well, my reservation was for a counter pick up, and as a result, I waited for 45 minutes on hold until I was helped to get the keys to the U-Haul. If someone has a preference to pick up through the counter process, they shouldn't be switched to a location that isn't even open the day of pickup.Brian P.

Should really have an actual drop off box for the uhaul key instead of putting in a slot in a door where the keys simply fall to the floor. That didn't make me feel like the keys were very secure.Vivian R.

The check in and check out process is way too complicated. It should be simplified and required much less on the part of the customer because it took too much time. The truck had many scrapes and dings that were not 'stickered' and so I had to take many photos of the truck to ensure I would not be charged. My truck was clean but not in good operating condition--the transmission needs work and had a hard time automatically shifting when it needed to. I did not have a good experience and would not recommend haul to others.Adam B.
when I made a reservation to rent a 20 foot truck , the original pickup location was two miles from my house. the day before the scheduled pickup I received a call from uhaul to notify me that the pick up location had changed to a location that is 16 miles further away. I was disappointed with the last minute change but there was nothing I could do. I think there should have been a mileage credit given at the pick up time. I used 130 of the 131 usable free miles. I never had to pay the over mileage fee of 40 cents a mile, but it was very close and constantly on my mind while traveling. I've used uhaul rental trucks in the past and never had issues with pickup or drop off locations. Next time I will probably check and compare other companies for availability before renting a vehicle for a moveRobert G.

I will never rent from u-haul again....... Called 30 minutes before 26' truck pickup telling me they do NOT have a truck...... deferred me to a location 25 miles away.... Ended up getting a 20' truck which was to small..... needed an ancillary 5x8 trailer to complete my move........ Added cost for me..... and a ton of stress......Darrell W.

I would recommend this location but not U-Haul. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had moving. I rented two trucks and from cancelling one of my trucks the day before my move, to not having the keys in the drop box for pickup while my movers were ready to go to your system saying the other truck was not available for mobile pick up. I feel very bad for your customer service Reps as they have to deal with all the angry calls.Laura M.

Be more clear about pick up times. I was never informed that my pickup time was when I needed to be there. I was on the phone with customer service for 25 minutes and I was on hold for at least 15 minutes of that trying to do my 24/7 pickup at 7:30 instead of my 5:30 pick up time when I had the truck reserved for 24hrsEmilie L.
