Place was hidden from Main Street. But it's a clean Uhaul place to rent.

JAYKEB H.Make sure the equipment isn't below E on the Gas tank, and make sure the equipment works. Truck wouldn't start battery was bad, took an extra 10-15 minutes to leave the lot on top of the 2 hours trying to mobile check in to pick the truck up.

Rene J.Picking up at this location was an absolute nightmare. There was very little phone signal at this location and the wifi could only be accessed when standing at the office window. The truck was parked 100 feet away from the office.
Robert G.Our return using the Truck Share was after hours, and Verizon's WiFi service was almost nonexistent. You may want to have guest Wifi available at your 24/7 facilities in case of incidents like this in areas with sparse connectivity.

Tate F.The Owner of Arden Auto Dreams was fantastic - very helpful. Uhaul's trucksharing concept is a joke. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I will never use it again. It turned a normal move into w huge hassle. That's no reflection on Auto Dreams. They are just a contractor.
James S.I ordered 3 hand trucks and received none. It said they had hours on the door and online but no one was there or responded to my messages. I am very disappointed and trying to request a refund of the hand trucks.

Savannah P.Renting from uhaul truck share has been the worse uhaul experience ever. Until now I've had no issues whenever using uhaul for my move. I've been over charged after waiting hours past my reservation time. Ive been charged for gas when the truck was not filled. Also I was promised a deposit refund of at least $50 bucks and found out that the regional manager did not approve of it. She sent message for me to call her and she's not answers one time. The rudeness of some agents has discouraged me from fighting what I feel like is owed to me. I bought extra miles which I didn't use them all and didn't get my difference back like I was told. This should have easily cost me around $150 or less and it has cost me nearly double that. Uhaul please get it together. You want have a company if you don't treat your customers right.
Brian P.Some issues with the 7/24 pickup. Good support from the CS group. Trucks at pickup point were backed against trees and so close together. It was difficult to gain access to the lock box. I was wet and muddy by the time I got into my truck.

Monte B.Be honest and upfront with customers. Make sure that you are an authorized u-haul dealer, and by all means be professional. This was the worst experience I have had with u-haul...and I have rented from them many times in the past!! Not only did they switch pickup / drop off locations twice on me, but they tried to overcharge me for my rental. Customer advice: please do your homework when renting your next u-haul. Make sure that it is with a legitimate dealer.
