The lady called saying I left the truck on empty. Lucky I had taken a picture of the fuel and mileage reading as I was getting out of the truck. Location is on the sketchy side of town too. Would not recommend at all.

mark sThe first trailer we picked up was not installed properly and actually came off the hitch on our way home. The second trailer we received had 10 pounds of pressure in one tire, which we luckily caught when we got home and started loading. The fact that we received a second trailer was not recorded anywhere, which caused the destination UHaul (and us) issues. In the past, when we have rented trailers, we would receive a call the night before with instructions, etc. - which is what the email communications indicate - which did not happen. Honestly, when we rent a trailer again, we would not utilize this place again, and would drive much further to obtain a more knowledgeable rental agency.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the parking lot is small and I don't know if they can offer all the services a U Haul facility can like boxes and other shipping supplies. I didn't see any in the office. But it was convenient enough for my trailer return.

marijean gDropped truck off in front lot so it could be checked before I left , but was informed I had to move it around back but yet no one even checked it or ask about the condition of it . Staff was friendly but lazy .
Marvin AI felt the people didn't really know what they were doing. They were very vague about helping connect the car carrier to the truck. They were quite slow. There was just an overall sense of incompetence. We had to take the truck to a different location in New Bern to have the car put on, or rather help putting the car on. At that point the car fell off the ramp and was damaged!
Kim DEquipment was excellent. Actually it was in the best shape of any equipment I have rented from U-Haul.

Malcolm FThis location was very clean and they made the drop off procedure very easy! Staff was very nice and helped me to get the unit off of my truck (too heavy for me). The office lady was so nice and had me all checked in before I even got the trailer off the truck!

david sTruck should be off the road very dangerous. Windshield has I think delaminated can't get the film off on outside or inside . Truck was filthy and my hands from being in the steering wheel smelled like cigarette smoke . Radio antenna broke off . And NO cruise control!!
Kevin GMy trailer was a little muddy. I wanted to spray it off before I dropped it off. I talked with the guy at the drop off location and he was trying to charge $50 to spray it off, then he said $25 and as I was walking out he said $10.00. I found a car wash and it cost me $4.00. This location is shady and seems to want to take advantage of people. This is a bad practice and needs to have some attention.

regis sI made a mistake and put too much gas in the tank. I should have gotten money back for the extra gas. Uhaul.com got free gas from me and that's not fair.
ARLENE PThe app took me to the wrong location for pick up so I was running late, but the lady helping me with my reservation was easily able to get me to the right location and through the pick up process quick and painlessly. Very good experience with them.
Darryl RAfter all the total screwups UHAUL manages to continue inflicting upon us this location preformed particularly well. If they were affiliated with ANY OTHER moving service I'd certainly recommend them. To bad they're with Uhaul.

Adita HWhere I rented the U haul was not where we had to pick it up and no one told us that. The radio didn't work so we drove 4 hours with no radio. The truck would shake going over 55 mph.
Linda Htook 3 people to attach my car to the tow dolly. staff in Raleigh said they didn't do it properly....one of friends tightened one of the wheel straps before I left town...was not tight enough

Tod CTo whom it may concern, I had a reservation for the u haul, it sent us to the Morehead sight , when we got there it was not available, we called and we had to all the way to New Bern location, this put a major setback for our haul , I wasn't pleased with the reservation but the employees at this site was very nice , I also learned that there's an additional 90 fee for taxes which customers are not aware of it should be brought to their attention once they a requesting a reservation to purchase . I know things are expensive at this time but not knowing when you go through the final process.
