App kept deleting photos when returning vehicle. Finally closed the app to start over, but the reservation had disappeared. Also taking photos of ID and fuel/ODO when picking up was clunky. I'm sure a pickup and drop off in person would have been great.

ERIC VWe appreciated the brand new, spanking clean truck (only 113 miles on it!) and blankets; plus the nice, friendly and accommodating staff! We are pleased with the economic cost of $19,95 as well. It still cost us $51 total with fees, the extra $5 blanket cost, etc., but for the two hours we needed a vehicle to transport seasonal furniture and a large cantilever umbrella out of a storage unit, this twice yearly task is made easy for the convenience, cost, cleanliness and customer service, email confirmations/follow-ups. We love renting from a dedicated U-Haul facility where time and attention are given directly to safety, maintenance and service. The only thing we can think of as a small improvement would be that at this location (Auto House) we did need to park our personal vehicle on the side street because the parking lot is small and not exactly conducive to easily and safely maneuvering the rental vehicles. To leave more room for the in-and-out traffic and people who are not used to driving trucks, the kindly woman who checked us in stated that it would be better for us to park off the U-Haul property, so we did. Pros and cons: it was reassuring not to have to worry about someone backing into our vehicle while we were out with the small rental truck, yet we did need to leave our vehicle parked on what is still a busy side street with other truck traffic and no security cameras. Perhaps this rental location could designate special parking areas strictly reserved for people's personal vehicles, and another strictly for the short-term/long-term parking of the rental trucks. Overall though, not a big deal and we felt confident in the whole experience.

Noah Cstill miffed they over charged for fuel on prior visit and the only course of action I had was to call a random stranger's phone number (believe the district manager) to "state my case". Disappointing. Was obvious not correct but everyone took the money Irregardless Should be able to resolve at the store level and not be given some random person's number to call. Will not be back to this location as a result.
stephen kseems to be confusion on the bill. quoted at pickup extra miles 0,29 cents per mile. Charge $1 per mile. Full surcharge $58? We returned it exactly 1/2 full as we received it.

Found one down the street for me but the price doubled. The guy I got it from down the street was great

Brad TI did not like that everything had to be done on a smart-phone. I don't have a smart-phone and everything was very confusing. What is wrong with doing everything on paper with a pen? Even trying to register on a computer thru email could not be done and was told to use a smart-phone. I doubt I would use your service again if I have to do everything on a smart-phone!
