The person who helped me at this location was nice. But the back of the contract mentioned that the truck I rented had a repair and if my items were water damaged you wouldn’t be responsible. This was hand written in and was not explained to me at the time I picked up the truck. If it were I wouldn’t have taken this particular truck. I traveled through a few heavy rainstorms and luckily it did not leak. Let customers know when you do something like this. Also the dolly I wanted to tow my car was not available at the time I rented. You offered a trailer but I decided not to take it. You said this truck was a 3 seater??? No way. I had to drive the car I wanted to tow because the cab was way too small to fit us.

Charged extra day + coverage because the Uhaul guy left for the day. Your employee leaving early should not incur a $54 penalty to the customer.

The truck was fine, very dirty windshield but otherwise in good condition. Overall, I'm more disappointment with the customer service UHaul provided for the express pickup option. There was almost zero guidance on the mobile site and when I called to clarify my pickup the customer service agent "Deirde?" couldn't understand half of my questions. There was also no paperwork for me to complete a pre driving inspection for previous damage or notate milage. When another agent, Heather, called me back the next day to ask why I had locked the keys in the truck it was the first I leaned of a drop box. She was also dismissive of my observation that the drivers side door remains slightly ajar unless slammed shut, a huge safety issue.

Have the equipment delivered where it was ordered from and not have to pick it up 40 minutes from your storage unit. The truck leaked water - the windshield wiper blades were horrible, the ashtray was full of ashes - the young man and girl were very rude.

We had to drive 40 miles to pickup the truck that we reserved 2 Weeks prior at a location right down the street from our home. I would like to know why This happen? Also, someone owes us gas money for 49 extra miles we had to drive the truck pack back to our home AND 80 miles on our car to Drive to the pickup spot. I feel like you people jerked us around and I’ll know next time to just walk in the day I need the truck instead of reserving one!
