This location vehicles are not in operational condition due to multiple lights on the dash was illuminated and when I reach out to company they would not accommodate me as far some type of discount based on vehicle.. Door closure sensor was faulty which kept saying close door and tire pressure was faulty with front tire with about 75psi and rear about 55psi .. I will not be renting another U-Haul.

Penny KolmThe van was pretty dirty when I got it, and I was just hoping U-Haul wouldn't charge ME for it. When I returned the van, half an hour ahead of closing on Friday, the clerk said he'd check it in "soon," and assured me I could leave. But apparently that was not done til Monday morning. So I was kind of in a state of uncertainty as to whether I'd be getting charged extra for returning it late. But a U-Haul rep called me on Saturday to ensure that I'd returned it and assured me that everything was fine.

Laurie WardOH MY GOD! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have NEVER had a bad experience with U-haul until I ran into these characters! MY FAULT I did NOT take pics, had I done that I would have received a refund but my advise is DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! Our vehicle had feces on one of the walls, and was filled with maggots and flies and the floor was dirty as if thrown into the back! Why didn't we take pics? First just outright surprised 2nd it was super hot and no matter what we still had to move and this location was closed for the rest of weekend so we couldn't get another truck 3rd the priority was get it cleaned and GET OUT PIcs didn't come to mind until AFTER we were done (DUMB on my part) So renter BEWARE if you want to take a chance on renting from them .... #1 INSPECT vehicle thoroughly #2 if you're in a rush and don't then u might end up cleaning someone else's mess but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES make my mistake and DO TAKE PICS!

wanda hillI was told that I would receive a credit for gas but my charges do not reflect that. I picked it up on 1/4 tank and dropped it off with almost 1/2 tank. Also, the truck had a oil leak that spilled onto my new driveway.

They also need to speak better English to conduct business. This not the first time I had problem at this location. If I ever is ask to pick up a truck there I will use another company.
regina bibbsUhaul changed my pick up location twice. Each time sending me down the road with a promise of additional miles to cover the inconvenience. Returned truck to a location uhaul requested to help them out by getting the truck to a location they were short. After all that I still had to pay for additional miles since I drove about 60 miles to return the truck where they asked me to. Classy move
CALVIN PHILLIPSThis was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I have used the company before and have never experienced anything like it, such as miscommunication, poor customer service, incorrect information being inputed into the system and yet alone, discrimination.
Crystal SmartThe vehicle was absolutely filthy! It had mud on the floor board, spilled drinks on the center console and doors including cigarette ashes and what appeared to be other stuff in the door panels. The truck smelled absolutely awful. I actually drove it straight home and wiped it down myself and left the windows down to try to air it out. It was by far the most disgusting vehicle I have ever rented from Uhaul! I use to work for Uhaul corp. until a few months ago and no way would this vehicle be rented out from a corporate location but this was just from an authorize dealer so take that for what it is worth. If I didn't absolutely need the truck I would have never taken the vehicle in that condition. It will make me think twice about renting from a dealer and not a corporate location. Disappointed!
