Make sure the truck is actually ready upon pick up. If it isn't, a simple phone call will do. Make sure the truck doesn't sound like it's going to fall apart while driving. Make sure to put the customers rented items in the truck. 3 times going back and forth is a little too much. Make sure the customer doesn't wait 45 minutes for a gate code late at night while trying to drop it off.Shannon P.

I was charged an overnight fee because their location was closed on Sunday. NOT MY FAULTAlejandro G.
We would have preferred renting the truck closer to our location in Boynton Beach, FL. Any dealer we spoke to, told us they couldn't guarantee a truck until the morning we needed it. We finally made the reservation via the 800 number. So we went to West Palm Beach, a 15 mile drive, to pickup the truck. At Auto One, Kenny was great and very helpful. However, when he went to the computer to finalize our reservation, the truck we were renting didn't show up in his computer system. Then when his manager finally did it online remotely, it charged us too much money, which they then corrected. Also, we reserved a hand dolly and a floor dolly, which we definitely needed because we were moving from a third floor apartment, Kenny told us that they never have that type of equipment. When we spoke to the UHaul rep the day before at the 800 number, they guaranteed us that these dollies would be available. We had agreed to pay more for this equipment. Kenny told us that if we drove to the UHaul store in Boynton Beach they would have the dollies, as they are UHaul, not a dealer. So we drove 15 miles back to Boynton Beach, only to find out that any dollies that this location has, were already reserved. Even though we had an elevator in our building, our moving helpers had to carry furniture and boxes (only one or 2 at a time), which greatly increased the length of time needed to load the truck. We were paying these people by the hour. It took us twice as long as it should have taken, with much more effort.Richard C.

Great experience using the vehicle, but this area is an absolute dead zone. I lost access to the app and internet and couldnt share important information in regards to my rental vehicle. After traveling precisely 29 miles and adding $8 of fuel at the gas station, upon delivery it was stated that the gas was below initial pick up which was incorrect. Pick up was a challenge due to the fact i had limited service which was frustrating, but thankfully the employee named Chris at the location helped a lot by processing and providing the rental.CHRISTOPHER H.
