WHEN SOMEONE RESERVES AND PAYS IN ADVANCE AT A LOCATION, ITS NEEDING MADE CLEAR ON A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL THAT THE EQUIPMENT "IS RESERVED AT THAT LOCATION" OR AT LEAST PREWARN CUSTOMERS THEY MAY HAVE TO TRAVEL TO PICK UP AT THAT TIME IT IS NEEDED!!! ALSO, PUT ON THE SITE AVAILABILITY 24/7 FOR CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO SOMEONE L VIA LIVE CHAT AND ENSURE YOUR PEOPLE AT CORPORATE OFFICE WHEN CUSTOMERS NEED SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T GET PLACED ON HOLD AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT AND AT LEAST CALL THEM BACK IF THE CALL IS DROPPED!!!

The pickup process was smooth and the associate who helped me was excellent. However, the location is not an area of Dayton I would recommend a friend go to alone. Again, the people we interacted with were very pleasant but the homes and streets nearby are not well maintained.

We were just handed the keys to the truck never got a proper inspection . We were charged for a dolly & never got one. When we said something about it we were 1st told we had to grab it on our own, then was told it was one on the back of the truck.

When i went to pick up my truck, there was a nation wide server outage. I waited at the lot for over an hour. I didnt realize it until i dropped off the truck that they cut my 4ihrs to 46hrs. I turned it in "1hr late" according to the contract. I will be calling if I get charged a late fee.

My experience was very pleasant I had my U-Haul for only 4 hours and because my movers were a bit late I was able to keep my truck an hour over the schedule time with no fees added on... After a busy move like mine that was the best news

The Main Street location was rather dumpy, but they had the trailer that I wanted, so my moving adventure was a success. Most of my time was spent at your location at 234 N Springboro Pike. They were awful! Despite 3 visits at which I told them I would be picking up a trailer -- in addition to the hitch that they installed on my car -- no trailer was ever reserved! I will never go back there, unless the hitch falls off.

ID check ahead of time, not during pickup process. Streamline the check out process. Do you really need photos of the truck being clean unless there’s an issue?

Upon pickup, the UHaul was at 1/8th a tank of gas, which required me to fill up prior to my journey. The person who completed the paperwork for the UHaul at this location also chose a return location 18 miles away from my arrival destination (without asking me, even though there were return locations within 4 miles). This added an extra 18 miles to my trip to return the UHaul, causing me to go over my mileage limit and incur an additional mileage fee.
