The truck had mud everywhere inside the front and the back. The drivers door opened by its self multiple times and they wanted me to sign the paper contract before I check the miles, gas and cleanliness.Chrishawna M.

The customer service was horrible! The uhaul reps were not informative and held up my moving plans. I called and made a reservation over the phone so I could have a smooth moving experience and get the truck swiftly because I was on a tight moving schedule. after making a reservation I went to go pick up the truck and still had to wait 45 minutes to an hour because the lady at the front desk didn't know what she was doing and needed assistance over the phone. I dropped off the vehicle later on that evening, and the next day I got a phone call from a lady at another U-Haul location saying that Uhaul had not been checked in and that I still had it in my possession. Before I left the location where I picked up the U-Haul, I specifically asked the man working there where I should drop the truck off he told me to park it in the parking lot and drop the Key in the dropbox , i'm not understanding why it was never checked in ,so I had to take time out of my day and drive back up to the U-Haul location and figure out why the truck hadn't been checked in after waiting 45 minutes for them to figure that out I was then told that it I had 30 mile minimum which yes was on my contract but wasn't specifically told to me by the U-Haul rep. So not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get the truck and move my entire house that day, I was required to read the fine print of the contract instead of having the courtesy of a customer service rep notifying me of this. The customer service Was horrible! I probably will never use U-Haul again to move. the service, the information was not clear and everything about my whole experience was horrible. From the wait time, to the on organized Uhaul reps it made my moving experience simply horrible . Also when the truck was given to me it was not completely full with gas yet they required me to fill up the tank FULL which I had no problem with doing but I'm simply just saying how horrible and unsatisfied I was with my experience. thank youCHARLENE M.
The lady that assisted me was very nice and as helpful as she could be. The parking lot was overcrowded and there was no place to park the 15' truck. We had to drive down a narrow alley and park on the street. She did not give me a receipt so I was concerned about being responsible for the truck after I returned it. I called U-Haul before I left the parking lot to have it noted that I returned the truck. I returned the truck on a Saturday and it was not logged in as returned until the following Wednesday. I had to contact U-Haul several times regarding the return because I was worried about being responsible for the truck or any damage that could have occurred between the time I returned the truck and the check-in of the return.Maria V.

Again, the actual people at the location wasn't the issue. It was the people who handle the scheduling and who all I had to speak with on the phone! THE WORST!Rebecca P.
The personnel left early and the company the share the building with were indifferent I arrived 15 minutes early, had no designated place to leave the truck. Could not get through to Uhaul customer service on the phone in a reasonable time frame. Ended up doing the online return process got charged extra money by the Uhaul app with no explanation as to why. The return process was stressfulJames L.
