Ernest JThis location was ragged and beat down...looked more like a salvage yard than a u haul location. I knew they were closed and had 24 hr drop off. Upon arrival...the fence was barely open wide enough to get my vehicle through. There was no where to park the trailer. I had to make room in a random corner on unlevel ground, had to chock the wheels to keep it from rolling.

Bettina KLocation is isolated, and there is a mechanical shop that is making the adjacent area look like a junker. Phone signal is limited, truck was picked up outside the location's fence and left outside the fence "Gates were closed" which I feel not a secured because the truck is exposed to vandalism. This 24/7 process and phone application is the most annoying thing ever.

Cynthia BWhile the two persons that I interacted with at this location and the person at the drop off location in Durham were top notch and help me with all my problems. The experience with this reservation couldn't have been worse. A reservation made months ago was changed I suspect by a person in the scheduling/traffic that called me and inform me of a change in pickup location (not a big deal) without making abundantly clear that she had changed the time of the reservation from 8am to 3pm (a huge deal). Trying to call to change it back got me, I suspect, the same person being rude and telling me nothing could be done. Furthermore this person, that the employees I saw in person told me needed at least retraining, assigned me a truck that was supposed to be returned at 3pm, that is the same time I was supposed to pick it up. Obviously it wasn't available and making my pickup even later. Forcing to make the long drive at night and the unloading of the truck the next day. Upsetting all my plans.
Alfredo OThe person took the truck and told us we'd receive an email that the truck was returned shortly. We returned it Friday at 5:30pm. Our confirmation that the truck was returned wasn't received until 12:30pm the next day (well after it was due). We even called and messaged Friday night to check that there weren't any issues and the people who responded were not able to confirm the return of the truck was in their system.
Katherine JOrder was placed for a 20' truck and a 26' truck was provided. Asked about why the ordered truck was different from the truck available and there was no explanation. Also asked if a military/veteran discount was available and was told that that would be applied once the truck was returned

ENID CTruck cab had mess leftover from prior customer. Truck left on side street in not very safe area.
Peter CWe used my wife's card when doing online order but I had to show a card again when picking up. I didn't know about this & had to use a different card. Small detail but irritating. I should be due a partial credit of $12.33, as we put fewer miles on truck than expected. That should have gone to my card when final receipt was issued. I first paid $90.98. Receipt us for 78.65.
Kaye RTruck was ancient rattletrap, side windows so small as to be useless. Needed a second person to change lanes. Never again.
patty rI need assistance- i used a gift certificate for 50 and when I dropped off my rental it said it went through and my credit card was to be charged 7 and some change but then my receipt says it was charged 57. Please correct this!

Sullivan Mdidn't appreciate the phone call the day before that the truck might not be available for when I requested. Then the items I requested were not present when I picked up the truck. Took about 2,5 hours for me to get a couple of dollies. I do appreciate the guy who brought them to my apartment.

Larry VPickup process was a pain and filled with bugs. Truck had lots of pre-existing damage and was covered in mud, there was also mud inside the truck. Drop off process was difficult. Website did not work as intended.

danny wI would just put the uhaul sticker on the right door bc I was standing in the wrong office (this location is also a car dealership) because it had the uhaul sticker on this door instead of the other one. Great service though! The guy was very nice and made sure to explain everything.

Augusto JWas not given military discount even though I've always gotten one from uhaul, no one walked around the truck with me like they were supposed to, customer service rude!
Andres VI was charged a $25 cleaning fee. The truck was full of dog hair when we picked it up. The time it would take to complain isn't worth trying to get back the $25. I would still rent from uhaul again. The truck drove well and was surprisingly good on gas.
Brian GThe people were as nice as can be but my issue was with the fact that I was given a location that I hade to drive right past two others to get to this one. This could have been a 5 minute drive for me rather than a half hour drive.
Louis WThe gas hand was lower than it said on my receipt so I didn't see until I was a mile away from where I picked it up....therefor I had to put in more gas than I used. The guy that sold me the truck was busy on his cell phone to go check out the truck and inspect it...I had to ask him to get up to come look at truck for damaged. He was very nice but jus not what I'm used to with uhaul.

Wllie WI had to go back the day after my reservation was schedule because no one was there. Then the 2nd day no one was there. I waited and called customer service and after 30 minutes someone showed up. When I returned the equipment. No one was there. Poor service. When called customer to report issues and confirm equipment was being returned. I asked for a manager. The new meet was was given was out of service. This was not a good look
Ken SI was supposed to receive a discount for agreeing to pick-up at this location versus Chapel Hill. I sent two follow-up emails and heard nothing back from the dispatcher. Very disappointed with this.

roy kNothing. The young man who assisted us in obtaining the trailer by far was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have dealt with in a long time. Everyone in paying for a service should experience this gentlemen's sincerity.
Eric LPick up location should be more clear and an easier process. The uhaul should be clean and ready for pick up and easy to hook up.
