A designated U-Haul area would make better for multi-use facilities. So as a customer you know it is a U-Haul store and bringing it to the correct location.

Don JPaid extra for a dolly that was never available Also quoted a price and told to pick up from Bottineau ND location only to be told no truck available and to pick up 90 miles away AND then charged for the extra mileage
Leo BI did not get my partial refund because both locations told me different things. One said I would get a refund and the other said that was a lie and not refundable for the days not used. Only needed 2 of 7 days total.
leuis sAgain, no one was there. But it was clean and organized. There was ample space for me to drop the trailer.
