I picked up my U-Haul expecting a dolly that I requested, the dolly was not on the truck, I used to ride share services so there was no direct point of contact to reach out to at the time I picked up my rental. I called the customer service line and the representative told me that I would not be charged for the dolly, I let the representative know that due to the inconvenience of not providing the services I requested, I would not have the ability to use the truck and will have to find an alternative. When I returned the rental during the business hours of the pick up/ drop off location the manager argued with me that because of the time I picked the rental up there was no way I could have received a dolly, I let him know that my reservation was confirmed a week prior and it was confirmed that everything would be ready for pick up, he then stated “ I left here at 5 o’clock last night,I can’t be here just to give you a dolly”, I did not carry on the conversation. I spoke to another representative to explain and she stated a manager would review my case and reach out, I never heard back from a manager. I called back once again explaining to a representative that because I could not use these services I do not feel like I should have to pay for them, regardless if I am charged for the dolly or not, your representative failed to provide services requested and I should not have to pay for that especially since I did not have the ability to use the truck. She told me that because I used the truck for 20 miles (to my location when I noticed the dolly was missing, and back to the drop off location), policy states I would not be granted a refund but a manager would review my case and reach out in 24-72 hours. I waited that time frame and never heard from that manager, I noticed a $10 credit back into my bank account from uhaul services, I do not know what this is for because I was never charged for a dolly. I feel that this was very poor customer service, I feel that this credit was to get me off their back and I also feel that it was very unprofessional that I could not even be contacted by a manager for explanation of what is even going on with my case.

I requested an appliance dolly but it was not provided. The owner made sure that I wasn't charged for it. Customer service and equipment were great.

The trailer that I rented was so very bumpy, especially when empty. It was like riding in a bucking bronco. I'm surprised my vehicle wasn't damaged it was so bad. The rental process was smooth as silk and I liked the guy at the local office, great guy.

I've had a prior bad rental experience at this location and with this same owner a couple years ago. He can be very surly and rude, however today he was relatively nice and tolerable for a drop off of a 1-way rental. I wouldn't rent from him though based on that prior experience.

This representative was really helpful in trying to resolve the mistakes that TED made but I still want my REIIMBURSMENT BACK for the equipment that I never received!

Better booking/retrieval experience. Waited for 1.5 hours for customer service rep to assist local individual with website issue. Majority of that time was spent on hold

Was not the location i reserved at, had to drive 20 mins, location was a auto shop and not very presentable. Had to put air in tires at a gas station and one of the wheels on the trailor was getting hot and smelled of burning brakes.
