PHILLIP mImprove your instructions. Took almost an hour to get approved for the vehicle. Getting ahold of someone to help was impossible. Once approved and got the truck there was no instruction for the keys being in a drop box so I had to call again to help. Verification was ridiculous and returning and paying was also taxing on time. Please improve process when renting from you especially through the app

abigail wThe uhaul truck had broken pieces inside the truck. The truck leaked and got all of my boxes and furniture wet. The door to open the back was nearly impossible to open and close.
Sydney CLady was busy so she told us to just give her the keys and she would check everything after she was done. She was nice. Parking lot where you have to park is very small to pull/back into.
Samantha KIt was a hard place to pull/back into. Parking lot was very small. Tried to check in with the lady inside but she was busy and was told that she will do it later and that we did have to sign anything. so we just gave her the keys and I took pictures of everything on the truck and auto transport. The lady was nice about everything though.

MATTHIAS NIt's not the location but the 24/7 app that needs improving. Multiple phone calls, 1+hour spent on hold just to get the get my truck feature to work.

Sherman AThey didn't communicate to me what my charges were for. I got a text from someone named Jon who said he was the regional manager. He said I didn't return my uhaul on time when I had already returned it 24 hours prior and on time for our agreement. I got two additional charges adding up to almost $150 and it wasn't communicated to me why.

April JPickup was fast and efficient with helpful suggestions for refilling gas to the right level. Truck was clean and everything worked easily. Dropoff was simple. I highly recommend Automax Services for their excellent staff.
